Unfortunately the hotel was absolutely terrible! We asked to leave our bags with reception as we landed mid morning and check-in wasn't until 2pm (standard) - they could barely speak English and were very rude to us. We sat in the breakfast buffet area with a coffee for 1 hour and were asked to leave for the next guests (THERE...

Average hotel.. Bit too pricy for what one gets.. Breakfast was OK.. Upgraded the room, but still pretty small.. Walking distance to the city early in the morning, but after 11 AM too hot.. (for me anyway !!)

I stayed here for 5 nights and had the best experience ever! The rooms are perfectly clean, really soft and comfortable beds, nice pillows and plenty of barroom amenities. The shower is large with a nice rain drop shower. The location is in the Japanese area of town so you'll have to walk a little ways to get Vietnamese food...

On arrival which was late in the evening we were escorted to our room; lift was efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable; TV/Air...

Having stayed in the Ba Dinh Market area of District 1 a few times previously, I elected to try a new but nearby area during my current travels. My previous pedestrian wanderings in HCMC revealed a multitude of restaurants, shopping opportunities and general vibrancy in the Japan section of District 1 so I focused my search for a 3 Star...

In what was in every other way an excellent stay I was amazed, at check-out, to be charged for the bottled water. I have stayed in a large number of hotels in SE Asia and this was a "first".,All other hotels provide 2 bottles of complementary water daily because the tap water is not ""pottable" i.e undrinkable. I was told...

This family run hotel is about 6 years old. I have stayed there since it opened, originally I believe as a 2 star. Breakfast is basic but ask for Pho soup, which is not obviously available, delicious:) The staff are always courteous, friendly and will do anything to help. They are not really a tourist hotel with little knowledge of...
