5 Star perfection from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We arrived very early at 09:00am and acknowledged our Ambassador status and were informed that due to the hotel being full, they don't quite have a room ready for us and invited us to their coffee shop until they would have a room ready. They apologized (which wasn't necessary, as we knew we were very early and couldn't fault the hotel). We decided to go for a stroll and returned to the hotel at 10:30am. The front desk staff recognized us as we went straight to the coffee shop and advised us that they were just cleaning the room and it would be ready shortly. Maybe 15 minutes later, they came with our room key to the room where they had already placed our bags. The hotel is excellently located, just around the corner from Notre Dame and the Old Post Office. Located in District 1 and within walking distance to everything. We were given a beautiful corner room with views of Notre Dame and to the side the direction of the river. We couldn't fault anything with the room which was a large size. An extremely comfortable king bed, well stocked minibar, complimentary waters every day, a huge bathroom with a bath tub and an extra large walk in shower. We slept wonderfully every night. The rooms were soundproofed and their was no outside noise. There is a very large gym with lots of equipment as well as a nice outside lap pool. We had breakfast everyday in their breakfast restaurant Market 39. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious with countless options for western and asian foods. The staff were kind, courteous and attentive. Coffee or tea was offered immediately upon sitting down. Different breakfast stations where you could have asian or western foods cooked to order. Eggs cooked to order, pancakes, and anything else were options to order. Fresh juices, fresh cut fruit and delicious desserts rounded out the high quality offerings. As stated in the title, our stay was absolutely flawless. From the kind staff at reception and in the restaurant to the excellent standard of our room. Another winner for IHG. Amazing location, amazing staff, and amazing food. The decor is modern and the room was great. Walkable to a lot of district 1, with access to quick taxis everywhere else. Only a few minor drawbacks - no charging plug on one side of the bed and the other side one didn’t work. The wifi wasn’t fast, though it was consistent.

Another great stay. I was recognized as IHG Ambassador Diamond member. Our room request to be on the same floor as our friend was honored as well as the complimentary room upgrade. Room was spotless and has the most comfortable bed. Service from front desk to F&b to bellmen was stellar. Highly recommended.

We stay at the hotel for over a week in total. Excellent service from everyone of the Club Lounge team, especially Thomas, Ngân, Phương and Trường. Booking appointments, guidance on attractions, sight seeing and dining. An outstanding team !! In addition, the front door attendants, housekeeping team and the technician fixing power outlets on the 16th and 20th floor should be praised for their client-oriented skills. Only one night while traveling to the island of Phu Quoc. Very crowded hotel with a busy reception area and a Rooms Director managing a steady stream of customers. Great place with lots of room. A lavish breakfast with many of options: You won't require a substantial lunch.

Staff are very friendly and helpful , especially Thomas in Executive Lounge. He treats me so well and looks after every single guest. He should be promoted to be higher position at the hotel 👍.
