Stayed here with my boyfriend last week for 3 nights, I wanted to book somewhere that was central to everything, I am thrilled that we decided to book the Sanouva. Not only is the location great but the staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing as well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip...

Had only a brief layover in Saigon – in late at night and out at noon the next day --and plucked the Sanouva off a list of hotels. It worked great to stay near the food market for dinner and to walk around there in the morning for a couple hours. Perfectly serviceable place and helpful, friendly staff.

We stayed for 2 nights on the first leg of our journey in vietnam. We arrived around 3am and had no trouble getting into our room. They offered to provide a hotel shuttle for a fee but we determined a taxi would be cheaper. The hotel is excellent and has a great breakfast! Do not skip out of your stay...

A bit pricy for a hotel of that range if compared to Malaysia where I come from. Staff and breakfast (which menu is changed everyday) are great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone close to Ban Thanh market which is over rated which is not recommended for purchase of souvenirs. Prices are marked up two to three times....

We stayed for three nights in HCMC and loved the hotel! The staff were really friendly and attentive, the room was spacious, and the aircon was beautiful. The hotel is right near Ben Thanh market, and about a 15-minute walk from the War Museum. There's also a nice coffee shop across the road, a convenience store next door, and street...

Stayed at sanouva hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is ok but could do with renovation which I believe is happening soon. We got upgraded on arrival which was great, the room was nice however the room we were given had only one plug socket. Breakfast was limited. The location was great, really close to Ben Thanh market and notre-dame.

Comfortable room, helpful staff. At breakfast they attempt to put on a Western style breakfast spread with croissants and bread, which was very poor quality food. Plenty of fresh fruit to choose from though. Visited April 2017.

Great location, literally 2 minute walk from the markets and a convenience store right beside. Perfect. Staff are very friendly, especially the porter and restaurant staff. Rooms are comfortable with lovely bathrooms. Ideal spot for discovering Saigon

We stayed here for our first week in Vietnam. We arrived at 6am so didn't expect the room to be ready but we eventually got to our room at 11am. Reception staff always very welcoming. We had a deluxe room on the 12th floor which was well appointed. Very little noise from the busy road outside. Shower excellent. Fresh towels...
