This hotel was in desperate need of a face lift. The location was good, walking distance to the war museum and other interesting sights. It was also close to some great eateries we discovered after exploring and came back for dinner. The pool was nice but there was a swimming class so it was very busy. The rooms where dated...

Stayed here for two nights and had an overall good experience. This hotel is in walking distance to the Vietnam War Remnants Museum, the U.S. Consulate, the Gothic Church and other City sites. After walking around all day the hotels' pool is a great amenity. The room was a little dated but was pretty spacious and had good wifi. The...

The location of the Victory is superb - close to the War Remnants Museum and within walking distance to the CBD. the hotel itself is somewhat dated. The rooms are spacious enough but the constant music playing in the corridors, even at night, is a nuisance. the service was average - felt like the place is run by officials. The...

We stayed here for 2 nights and was suitable for us. Had a roof top pool we used, very nice and clean. We also liked the big bedrooms with air con. The hotel was pretty cool, being the old FBI families hotel. War museum around the corner. A great place to stay with great breakfast and great historical artefacts in...

We have stayed at the Victory twice this year. It is a great hotel in a great location for getting around the city. I read some of the revues here and I was wondering what these people wanted. All the rooms we stayed in were bang up-to-date . The staff are very friendly and the buffet breakfast is good value....

I used a special discount to stay at this hotel, so after the discount I was happy with the standard of hotel for the price I paid. However, I certainly wouldn't pay the full price! The rooms are clean and big, but the bath plug didn't work so I couldn't use the bath. It said my room would provide facilities...

Went there for Christmas day, though not a national holiday, full of foregine Christians. the Spread was great and had lots of green salad and western plates. Most of all, the friendly service by the hotel/restaurant staff was remarkable. This is really touch of "home" for us ex pats.... Merry Christmas!

the hotel is not so great. staff seem cold and unhelpful. the rooms were just about bare-boned average. stayed in 3 other cities and hotels in vietnam in the same price bracket ... this being the most expensive and it was by far the worst out of the lot. it is though... EXTREMELY WELL located! bang in the middle of...

It is difficult for me to enumerate all the ways in which this establishment absolutely stinks. However, as it is 4 in the morning and the taxi doesn't leave until 7—finally taking me away from this hellish experience—I have some time to formulate it. It is throughout a ridiculous facade, where the nasty reality is gradualy exposed each day you...
