This attractive hotel was about a 20 minute ride from airport and walking distance to most of the key sights such as the War Remnants Museum, Cathedral and the day and night markets. Hotel has an attractive lobby where you can enjoy “Happy Hour”. Our room was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was very adequate. The staff was very helpful and friendly. As frequent visitors to Saigon, we would definitely return to the Aristo.

What a lovely little hotel, right around the corner from Independence Palace. From the moment you step in you are greeted like a long lost relative. Very attentive staff, always there with a warm smile. We were given a cool cloth & a welcome drink. We were given a free room upgrade, which was nice & spacious. But unfortunately due to a fault, we had to be moved again - this time to the best room in the hotel! We were given a huge suite. Which was very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose and eggs cooked to order. A great hotel in a great location. Everywhere was walkable within 15-25 minutes! A great hotel & a great base for Saigon/Ho Chi Minh.

The accommodation was nice. Disappointed with breakfast, not much choice & most of the time had to tell the staff that the food warmers were empty. Don't go to the sauna/spa. Very rude & sexist, women are not allowed in parts. The hotel staff were friendly & helpful. Not really very central.

I stayed here as part of my tour through Vietnam with Wendy Wu. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bed was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of selection. The hotel has a great location, with plenty nearby that you can walk to. My only complaint- the first room I had was quite noisy with the traffic from outside. It doesn't help that drivers honk their horns at 3am!

I would stay here again without hesitation. The staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast whilst a smaller spread than some hotels was fresh and the chef did very tasty omelettes and perfect poached eggs. That said, nothing I wanted was missing so this is not a criticism. The location of the hotel is wonderful and on a quiet side street. Key main attractions are very close by or a 20 min short walk at most, others can be visited via taxi as these are very cheap and easy to use by downloading the grab app. If you like craft beer these are a short walk away or a bit longer walk but just the next street over so easy to find. Many wonderful restaurants are also available in Pasteur street just behind the hotel if you don’t want to stray too far. We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights, we had plenty of space and some lovely touches by the staff. Laundry was inexpensive and returned ironed and folded. We were always provided with plenty of complimentary water which was appreciated given the heat. My only area of improvement would be to freshen up the bathroom with some fresh sealant around the bath as this would make it appear much fresher and more inviting to what is actually a big bathroom and great bathtub. If you want a very modern hotel (in decor) this might not be for as I think some of the rooms may vary, but the service, cleanliness, location, comfort of bed and value for money cannot be faulted in our opinion. Thanks for a super start to our trip in Vietnam.
