    Great location
I would stay here again without hesitation. The staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast whilst a smaller spread than some hotels was fresh and the chef did very tasty omelettes and perfect poached eggs. That said, nothing I wanted was missing so this is not a criticism. The location of the hotel is wonderful and on a quiet side street. Key main attractions are very close by or a 20 min short walk at most, others can be visited via taxi as these are very cheap and easy to use by downloading the grab app. If you like craft beer these are a short walk away or a bit longer walk but just the next street over so easy to find. Many wonderful restaurants are also available in Pasteur street just behind the hotel if you don’t want to stray too far. We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights, we had plenty of space and some lovely touches by the staff. Laundry was inexpensive and returned ironed and folded. We were always provided with plenty of complimentary water which was appreciated given the heat. My only area of improvement would be to freshen up the bathroom with some fresh sealant around the bath as this would make it appear much fresher and more inviting to what is actually a big bathroom and great bathtub. If you want a very modern hotel (in decor) this might not be for as I think some of the rooms may vary, but the service, cleanliness, location, comfort of bed and value for money cannot be faulted in our opinion. Thanks for a super start to our trip in Vietnam.

    Only good thing is location.
We stayed here for 2 nights on our tour of Vietnam & combodia. Rooms are neither big nor very small. OK type but very clean. A big let down was that they only supply green tea/ coffee for in room facilities & could not provide proper tea bags even on request.Breakfast spread was just OK, nothing to boast about. The location was good near most of places one wants to visit in Saigon. We had our flight for back home at 7.00 PM & requested the staff - if we check out from 2 rooms & they allow us the use of 1 room till 4.00 PM. We were refused/ were asked to pay 40 USD for extra 4 hrs of use.
Dear Rakum, Greetings from Aristo Saigon hotel ! Thank you very much for sharing your experience on our page. However, we would like to clearify our policy that the check out time at 12:00 noon time and check in time from 14:00 pm. Any requested for late at 18:00 pm will be 50% and later 18:00 is fully charge. The extra charge we will compesative for another guest coming later without any room vacant clean. Regards, Son Nguyen / Mr

    Not too bad, not great.
Budget hotel with a great photographer making the hotel seem a lot better on its Web site. Typical tiny but clean room, the shower is great as are the staff. The biggest let down was the food, still not sure what the bacon and sausage were made of but somehow they both lacked any taste (cardboard has more flavour) as did 90%of the food on the breakfast buffet. The baguette, butter and pate was the only option with flavour to start the day. The pool is an oversized jacuzzi in a tiny room. The rooms have no soundproofing making it possible to hear everyone on your floor. Typically Saigon I guess, the entire city is overpriced compared to all other locations that I visited in vietnam. The air quality is horrendously bad, glad we only spent two days here awaiting to fly out.
Dear Peteboonywilliams, Warmest greeting from Aristo Saigon Hotel ! Thank you very much for sharing your experience on our page. We are so regret that dont have any chance to meet you to explain the misunderstanding of our service. But anyway, we do hope to welcome you back in near future and review how is professional of our staffs. Regards, Son Nguyen/Mr

This hotel was in an area that was central to many of the main attractions. The room we had was dark, mainly because we were facing a brick wall but clean and comfortable, it was good to have a walk in shower for a change. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and adequate

Great hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient. We got a free room upgrade and it was a lovely large room with all the amenities required. The breakfast was good with an egg station and both Asian and western options.

What an excellent experience at this hotel! Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Had trouble with my A/C first night, they were there within 3 minutes to fix and upgraded me to a VIP room to compensate for the “trouble”?!!! Extremely grateful and happy! Close to downtown Saigon for walking to everything you need! Food was also excellent - try the Sautéed Noodles with Seafood - delicious!

Very nice hotel. Rooms are little bit small but the rest is nice. Spa center is very good and the price is the same as you can find outside the hotel. Staff very gentile and the breakfast is quite good. The bread at the breakfast is hot and french style "baguette". Recomended place

The hotel is situated near the Independence/ Unification Palace, which is a tourist attraction. It is a compact hotel. Rooms were OK. Breakfast is served on the top floor (9th) whereas lift goes up to 8th floor only.

We stayed at Aristo Saigon Hotel for two weeks. It was a very pleasant experience at a very clean establishment with spacious rooms. Nice greeting with cold drinks and very fast check in. Very courteous and helpful staff with a special note on Pamela from the reception who did beyond expectation to fulfil our requirements. Breakfast is very good with a variety of local food. The very central location of the hotel is giving a great opportunity to walk towards the Cathedral, the famous Post Office, Zoo & Botanical Garden, Opera, museums market and shopping malls. Street food, restaurants and night clubs are everywhere around. Good value for the money

We arrived at the Aristo Hotel after a 10 hour flight and at the reception, we were greeted with patience, cold drinks and a smile :) We got upgraded to a bigger room which had a lot of space and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, we enjoyed the local food. Also, we went to the spa at the hotel, had a massage and went in the sauna. We recommend it:) The hot water in the shower wasn't as hot as we expected and the AC wasn't perfect but worked most of the time. Overall, we had a great experience. Very nice staff, helpful with good intentions. We want to thank Ivy at the reception! She was super nice, always with a smile and helped us a lot with finding what we were looking for <3 Thank you Aristo, we had a great time!

Clean and tidy. Central to Ho Chi Minh. I was going to give them 5 stars but they charged me for the bottle water I requested that they hadn’t given me that morning. Pretty petty. 30k VND is more important to them than customer service. ………………..
