Travelers' Choice
After the noise and action of Ho Chi Minh City (still commonly referred to as Saigon), it’s not surprising that many travelers head out to the countryside for some much-needed rest and relaxation among the coconut trees and fishing villages. But what if we brought these laid-back vibes into the city somehow? With a strong focus on relaxation and tranquility, we’ve gathered up the naturally calming colors, textures and scenery of Vietnam’s magnificent rural landscapes, and bundled them all up into a range of contemporary suites—each boasting kitchenettes, a relaxing lounge area, and beds so big you may get lost in them—to provide the perfect balance to the concrete jungle outside. For added indulgence, we also offer daily spa treatments included in the room rate, and our unique “breakfast anywhere, anytime” service.

Myself and two friends stayed here for a weekend break. The room was large, clean and spacious. The hotel is presented extremely well! Upon arrival, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. There is not much around the hotel but we just got grabs everywhere and it usually only took around 5-10mins to get anywhere. All in all good, affordable stay!

This hotel was my choice to spend Birthday in Saigon. We were looking for nice hotel near the city center. It was nice, clean and staff was very pleasant. I was a bit disappointed with the view. Because I expected greens, like on pictures. But I saw water heater on the next top. It was weird that we could open curtains with this view, but we couldn’t do it with the nice view on the street and some historical buildings. And there wasn’t enough lighting at the room. So, it was nice. But I expected more. To tell the true we didn’t ask to change room because we didn’t have time to solve it.

Dear Ms Lyubovb908, Warmest greetings from Fusion Suites Sai Gon! Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share with us about your experience. We are glad to know that you enjoyed your stay with us and hope that you had a great birthday in Saigon. Speaking of the view, I truly understand your disappointment and we know each guest has different preferences on room types. However, with the limited number of rooms we have, some of the rooms facing towards our neighbor building and any particular request can be only arranged depending on hotel availability. We always try our best to satisfy each guest's request. We would like to extend our apologies to you regarding the lighting condition in the room. Indeed, there is a huge space for us to improve. Our team is fully aware of this and we hope to seek out a great solution in the coming days to avoid any disturbing to our guests in the coming future. Thank you again for your review and we all look forward to welcoming you again in the near future. Warm regards, Anh Nguyen Marketing & Communication Executive

We are currently stuck in Vietnam due to Covid-19 and so are frequently popping back to Saigon. So glad we found this hotel, it’s absolutely perfect. Quiet at night, you don’t hear anything as it is located on a quieter road. Great considering how noisy Saigon is. The Gym is fine for basic exercises. The food is great, but they are currently not offering full menu and many ingredients missing given the current situation. Hopefully will be back to normal soon as I want to try the Poke bowls. It’s easy to eat healthy here. Only a 20k VND taxi to the financial tower which is perfect. Staff are very helpful and go above and beyond to make sure you’re ok. The rooftop cocktail bar is also closed, hopefully will open up again before we head back to UK. The rooms are fantastic, feels like home, very comfy and well designed. We loved this hotel so much we already booked another 3 nights when we return from Phu Quoc in June.

Stuck in Saigon, and no where to go but Sophie the GM (she's French by the way), took us in with open arms. The hospitality has been fantastic, the service impeccable and all the staff have been fantastic throughout. Again, Vietnam seems to breed people that will go the extra mile, but this is also testament to the leadership team (Sophie). Without hesitation, this is now my hotel of choice in Saigon. Rooms are amazingly different, but clean and hygenic 24/7. Highly recommended without doubt.. put it on your itinerary if you visit Saigon.

Quite a futuristic hotel, with an airy reception area and restaurant, and with a lovely shaded lounge area in front of the hotel. The free breakfast we had was the best one we found during our three-week stay in Vietnam.
