Stayed in a nice private room with a giant bed and everything was fine. Cannot recommend them enough to book your travels. They helped me get to Ninh Binh and Cao Bang with very good prices and they're always available to reply to my questions by WhatsApp. Sometimes they were replying to me even when not working and got me good with companies that I would pay directly. Shout out to Win and Phong, thanks for being available at all times and answering my never ending questions

The hotel is in a small bustling street of old quarter Hanoi. Rooms with balcony are big with natural light. All amenities are works well like AC, fan, hot water and fridge. Staffs are super friendly. Room cleanliness is little bit lacking. Breakfast is very basic. Everything is in your walking distance which we really enjoy. Overall nice stay .. :)

Located right in the centre, not on a main road so nice and quiet at night. Comfy beds awesome showers. Theres a guy called win who was very cool and welcoming. Also a lovely old Lady called Snowy who was willing to help me book my flights to thailand for a cheaper price and put up with my awful guitar playing. If you meet her give her a massage x

I traveled alone to Hanoi to start my trip across the country. My room was very nice and comfortable. The best part of this hostel/hotel is the staff. Many friendly faces helped me on my journey but most of all Snowy helped me in Hanoi and helped me to book flights to the island paradise of Pho Quoc and then to Saigon. She got all my reservations in order and booked a taxi to the airport for less than Grab:):) Thank you!!!
