Good value, excellent location, and very clean room. We stayed here twice, and would recommend this property. Located right in Old Quarter. When we went to check out the manager didn't have change, but there was an ATM outside the door which helped.

I stayed in the large room on the ground level. There are no windows, but the brickwork gives it a cool, den-like atmosphere. While the curtains don't keep out all the light, the room tends to be quiet after midnight. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling, but - besides that - the friendliness of the staff made up... I stayed her for a few nights in September. It is quite rundown and needs work doing on it to bring it to a decent standard. The staff are helpful and friendly though. The free breakfast is average. Situated right in an extremely busy area with many bars and restaurants the location is good but very noisy.

I stayed 3 nights at Sunshine hotel 3 and was very satisfied. I paid 15USD/night and it totally worths it. The room was quite big, with double bed, fridge, tv, hair drier, amenities in the bathroom and aircon. There is wifi in the lobby but it doesn't reach all the rooms. The staff are very nice and the hotel is... More

Stayed here for one night in Hanoi as a last minute booking. Staff were helpful, excellent value for a reasonable price compared to nearby hotels. The room was clean, it's in a central location, and we had no problems at all! I am planning on staying here again while in Hanoi.

Stayed here in April 2014 I can honestly say that having stopped in other London budget hotels this hotel was by far the best.Buffet breakfast was everything I expected staff well trained and attentive. The room was spotless and clean. The car park is secure.I would rate this hotel as 5***** budget level and will be booking again in the near future.

Have stayed in this hotel twice now. Situated in the bustling old quarters its a fantastic place to loose yourself in the atmosphere. Its basic but cheap and perfect for our needs. The owner helped us out with all our travel needs throughout Vietnam and called us regularly to check if every thing was ok. If your looking for 4... More

I had no issue at all with this place, found its location to be perfect, within a few minutes walk of the beer streets, and central to everything. The rooms were clean, quiet and cozy. The staff set this apart from others though, Ms Moon, who was the first person I met in Vietnam, turned out to become a friend... More
