Stayed at the Queen Hotel for 2 nights. The rooms were very nice and clean, we had a very quiet room. The hotel is well located within Old Quater. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful I would recommend this hotel.

A small hotel in the busy Old Quarter district of Hanoi. When we first got there we were concerned that we would hear the noise from the street in our room. We were fine. We booked a VIP room on the 7th floor and so not sure if this helped. Thuy, the receptionist was fantastic. So helpful and thoughtful suggesting... More

spent two nights at this lovely hotel in the old quarter. Really charming hotel with powerful air-conditioners and clean sheets. Staff are very friendly, helped us navigate around the city and rent motorbikes. The breakfast was amazing!

This was my second stay at the Queen. First off, its in a great location in the bustling old quarter. The staff is helpful and happy to see you get want what you're looking for. Our room on floor 7 was beautiful. It was really very well decorated and appointed. AC worked great, a small balcony let us get a... More

This is a great place in the heart of the old quarter. The property is quite traditional in terms of its layout and decor - a long, narrow entrance courtyard with lots of antiques and quirky features - an amazing collection of antique bikes. Our room on the 7th floor was large and clean. The bed was enormous. The bathroom... More

Finally I found a peaceful place in old quarter. Your hotel is like an oasis. In big and noisy city I wonder how difficult to find a nice hotel to sleep and pay for affordable price. This hotel is not far from the night life. Next trip to the north of vietnam I will come back.

From the outside of the hotel you'd have no idea how nice the guest rooms were. Really good quality bedding and bathroom facilities. I think there was an English issue because when I asked about breakfast upon check-in she said there wasn't any.... but now that I look at the other reviews, there definitely was! I think there was just... More

The location is fantastic, it's a fairly old house full of antiques (from motorbikes to statues or wall clocks) just in the middle of the old quarter; it is run by a really nice family and the service given is perfect! Everything was clean and tidy and our room was perfect! They also have a wonderful and rather romantic roof... More

My cousin and I stayed here for two nights. We were supposed to come for three but we missed our connecting flight and arrived the next day. They didn't even charge us for the first night we missed. The hotel is beautiful, with a roof top garden and a communal room on the second floor where breakfast is served. The... More
