This was my second stay at the Queen. First off, its in a great location in the bustling old quarter. The staff is helpful and happy to see you get want what you're looking for. Our room on floor 7 was beautiful. It was really very well decorated and appointed. AC worked great, a small balcony let us get a... More

This is a great place in the heart of the old quarter. The property is quite traditional in terms of its layout and decor - a long, narrow entrance courtyard with lots of antiques and quirky features - an amazing collection of antique bikes. Our room on the 7th floor was large and clean. The bed was enormous. The bathroom... More

Finally I found a peaceful place in old quarter. Your hotel is like an oasis. In big and noisy city I wonder how difficult to find a nice hotel to sleep and pay for affordable price. This hotel is not far from the night life. Next trip to the north of vietnam I will come back.

From the outside of the hotel you'd have no idea how nice the guest rooms were. Really good quality bedding and bathroom facilities. I think there was an English issue because when I asked about breakfast upon check-in she said there wasn't any.... but now that I look at the other reviews, there definitely was! I think there was just... More

The location is fantastic, it's a fairly old house full of antiques (from motorbikes to statues or wall clocks) just in the middle of the old quarter; it is run by a really nice family and the service given is perfect! Everything was clean and tidy and our room was perfect! They also have a wonderful and rather romantic roof... More

My cousin and I stayed here for two nights. We were supposed to come for three but we missed our connecting flight and arrived the next day. They didn't even charge us for the first night we missed. The hotel is beautiful, with a roof top garden and a communal room on the second floor where breakfast is served. The... More

We arrived here just walking around the old quarter. Rooms at the front cost $30, the ones at the back $35. But because the hotel is narrow and deep, even the rooms at the front are far enough from the street, so no noise. Free wifi, breakfast and A/C included. You have a selection of Western breakfasts, so they looked... More

I discovered this hotel while wandering in Hanoi streets. The hotel is lovely and charming from the front door to the small roof top. Room and bathroom are spacious, and you can escape your crazy day in Hanoi by lying down on the big bed! It's really a piece of heaven in the heart of the old quarter, managed by... More

This was sadly the end of our trip to Vietnam, and Mr Luc the owner was very helpful and friendly the whole time. He helped us extend our Halong Bay boat trip for an extra day at no inconvenience. We stayed in a room at the top which kinda looked like an office, which I thought was strange but, it... More
