We stayed here for two nights. The hotel‘s location right in the old town/quarter is great and offers short ways to many sights. Our room was ok. Just enough for two nights of a city trip. The breakfast consisted of coffee, some fruit dishes and bread (there was only butter to put on the bread). Some people need only coffee in the morning - but not us.
We stayed in this hotel in May 2016 and were impressed with the service and location. However, when we stay here again in Sep 2019 - there was many faults with the hotel. Even though, we received a free upgrade, the air conditioner in the room was old and noisy. The whole hotel (interior and exterior) looked old and worn out.The only good thing is the, it's in the center of Old Quarter. Not worth staying for your money - there are many other hotels around for the same price. By the way, do not take the car airport service, it's much cheaper to take a Grab to the airport.
Conveniently located in the centre of the old quarter of Hanoi. Easy to move around town by foot. But I will rate this hotel 2 stars simply it's too old and might need major renovations to make this hotel stay competitive with other small run hotel in the old quarter if you are comparing for the price to pay for with other newer and cleaner hotel near by.
The mid range hotel but it worth your money. friendly behavior from hotel staffs. 1 min walking distance from Hoan Kiem Lake. Easy to access to all important area. One of the best hotel in Hanoi by location.
We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and booked via Agoda at first because of all nice and charming photos BUT the room I stayed on 8th floor ( the nicest room as they said) was totally a mess: dirty blanket with blood stain and dirty sofa, old and tiny room, water was leaking, the shower was stucked and water ran too weak and little, thư toilet was leaking all the time so we had to lock it ourselves, the gentleman at the reception made us feel like being disrespected. The breakfast was very limited but fresh and the waitress was very nice. Only suitable for backpackers if they need a place to sleeo only. I don't recommend this and will never come back again.
