Very nice Hotel, rooms clean and spacious, the Staff very friendly and nothing is any trouble for them. Close to the street markets and local food venues If I get to return to Hanoi this is wear I’ll be staying.

Stayed 3 nights at the start of our honeymoon. Bed was decorated wonderfully with towel swans. Room was a good size. Roof top bar gave a great view of hectic Hanoi. Food & drinks there were a great introduction to Vietnam. Felt we were important guests - happily stay again

We stayed 3 nights in a grand deluxe room. We liked our stay here. Our room was clean and spacious with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was ok, could have done with a bit more choice. We were here during cold wet and drizzly weather so didn't venture up to the pool on the roof. The hotel is in a good position, close to main sites.

Very efficient tourism information lady who organized everything for us. Don’t think we got the best price however. Always felt as though we were paying more than what we should. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Great position and popular hotel, but not very accommodating with late check out requirements. Seemed like an effort for them to give us a reasonable price for a late check out. Probably because they were quite full but still this made a big difference to our experience. Again felt like we were overpaying. Spa treatment was excellent but was kind of forced to tip too much in my opinion. A hotel too focused on making money rather than creating a lasting guest experience. Would not go back to this hotel as simply did not leave me with a Value for money feeling.

Great hotel in the city centre, perfect for a stay over in Hanoi. Rooftop restaurant, pool and bar with happy hour for sundowner beers. Breakfast had a good choice of Asian and western food. Rooms were a good size.
