Words can never express how much trouble the owner and front desk staff go to to make your stay here stress free. You will be given maps and areas of interest highlighted, taxis will be ordered if you need them at a cheap price then you will be walked out to make sure you are ok, laundry taken care of at a good price, the breakfast is excellent and much to choose from western or vietnamese. We did a tour of Halong Bay we had googled a lot but were confused but front desk staff gave us some big books so made it easier to choose the right one and was very good value an amazing experience also made easy by their incrediable help. The pick ups and drop off at the airports was prompt and cheaper than we could of organised by ourselves. The beds are good, the aircons work efficiently the rooms are very clean, the position of the character filled hotel is great as in quiet street with plenty of restuarants on your doorstep. But above all it is the happy owner and front desk gentleman ( I am so sorry lost my pieces of paper with your names on it) that made our stay the best we have had nothing is too much trouble for them we felt we were staying with family. Thanks so much for looking after us we will certainly come back Rhonda and Mac from Australia Queensland

This was the first stay at Vietnam. This hotel made me satisfied well enough with friendly staff, good accommodation, clean bath and toilet, air-con and good breakfast. My room has a neat clean sheets and pillows. Air conditioner system made me relaxed in the heat of summer Hanoi city. Western style toilet was clean enough. As shower booth doesn't let you bath head to toe, I was pleased very much with this system. Of corse you can use free WiFi and TV. As hotel staff speaks English, I and my friend ask the tour to Halong bay and he suggested us two plans to the bay by not high-pressure talking. Though we chose the cheeper one, tour was very much unforgettable one. At the end, the price of the stay is the most wonderful recommendation as three nights and two breakfast are included. Because the hotel is located in the middle of the lovely local restaurants and cafe stores , you can enjoy Vietnam meals within 5 mins. Highly recommendation! I would like to stay here again.
