I travelled to Hanoi by myself when I was 18 years old and this hotel was the first place That I stayed when I arrived! I was immediately greeted by friendly staff who offered me refreshing drinks and fruit and kindly took my bags up to my room. The room was spacious and clean and the air con was a life saver! There was toiletries and complimentary snacks and the bed had been decorated with rose petals and swan towels! It has been 5 years since my stay and I still remember the amazing experience that I had at this hotel. Although I was a young female in a new country with a large language barrier the staff always made sure that I was safe and well looked after, they even offered to keep my luggage safe for a few hours after I checked out so that I didn’t have to carry it around with me until I took my next flight to Ho Chi Minh. Overall, I have amazing memories of Vietnam and staying in this hotel contributed to loads of them! If I am ever back in Vietnam this will be one of the first places I re- visit! Thank you to the staff for having me and for being so amazing and accommodating…
Tried to cancel the booking for December 2020 since March due to COVID on booking app and several emails but NO RESPONSE to either. Then have the cheek to advise Booking app I failed to show up. Stayed last year and hotel and staff were INCREDIBLE the service was EXCELLENT and OUTSTANDING as was the room so such a shame you guys could not get back to me.
Great boutique hotel in the central of the Old Quarter. The staff are friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. Area around the hotel had great nightlife especially the Ta Hien area. However please be aware that if you are planning to stay out late, please inform the hotel staff beforehand since the door will be locked after midnight.
You feel you directly welcome when you open the door of the hotel. Reception and breakfast place look like you are in Venetie Italië. People on the reception are very friendly and talk good english. The tinny receptionist (I don,t remember her name)with the Vietnamese dressing explain directly what you can visit and order at the reception. People at the breakfast in the morning are very polite and serve you on the table. You can ask breakfast a la carte, means how they have to make the different style of eggs. Rooms are very nice and confortable. Back side is very quite and I suppose also the front side because it is such a small street where now cars can go in. You find a lot of pubs, restaurants and shops in the other street close to the hotel. Gold shops at 5 minute walk where you can change cash money for a beter change than the banks. I will go back to this hotel if I go back to Hanoi and can recommanded this hotel to people who visit Hanoi. Very honest price for such a hotel…
This is a small hotel in a quiet side street in the old quarter of Hanoi. It is centrally placed for walking to most attractions but noise was not an issue. However, the room, Junior Suite with balcony, which was on the fourth floor, was dark with a heavy wooden door which we had to leave open all the time to get any light in the room and not as inviting as the photos shown on their website.Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small - particularly the space between the bath with the shower over it and the wall. We were able to leave our luggage here when we went to Halong Bay overnight. We had an early start to get back to the airport and were provided with breakfast boxes which we did not eat - cheese sandwich made with tasteless white bread, plain yoghurt and bruised bananas. Overall, slightly disappointing.…
a lovely small hotel in a quiet side street next to the night market and walking street in the middle of the old area of Hanoi the staff are very helpful breakfast very good room very nice can only recommend you stay here
We are currently staying at this hotel and have booked to come back after another tour. The Manager David and staff are extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond. Their recommendations and assistance saved us due to limited time. The breakfast is first class/fresh offering both local and western (recommend local) options including buffet and a la carte off menu at no additional cost. The hotel is very quiet and located up a little alley away from busy street in the old quarter within walking distance to most attractions. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and pillow nice and soft. Cannot recommend highly enough.
We stayed at La beaute de Hanoi for 2 nights. The staff was very helpful providing us with suggestions for restaurants as well as sites to investigate. The hotel was steps away from the busy night life, but far enough to avoid any noise issues. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Also, the breakfast was delicious, especially the Pho.
Excellent value and close to all the old town tourist activity. Staff were very helpful, especially in suggesting and booking excursions (to Sapa and H Bay) then cancelling and returning deposits - due to shortened trip. Would stay here again.
