Nice rooms, decent location, not too loud, pretty standard. It's the staff, however, that made this an exceptional place to stay for my girlfriend and I. She had a visa problem, and one particular female staff member went out of her way to help us, liaising with the travel agency and keeping us up to date. Through her efforts we...

The best part of this hotel is the location. It is right in the middle of town and only a short walk to most places. Staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are quiet and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is OK but not fantastic. Bathroom is clean and nice. Away a good stay however probably won't be coming back.

Clean and a great location. Rooms on back of hotel are quiet (for a busy area). Some rooms have NO WINDOWS to outside! We had room 402 with "Old quarter view" - which is through the small window and not as great as it sounds (see picture). But for the price it was a good place for a few days....

Our room was great, big , clean, staff were superb. Hotels in the old quarter are not big, so read the description carefully, they do not lie, nor over egg the sizes, it is what it is. Good breakfast. In the middle of the action. I'd stay again.

Good location in the centre of old town. No hotel restaurant but many places to eat out nearby. Probably 50% of rooms on each floor have no external windows (see the picture), so one feels like in a cellar or prison. Beds fine, breakfast OK, bathroom just OK. Credit card payments with 3% surcharge. Staff in reception polite but not...

I'd visited Hanoi with my elderly mother and they made this trip so easy for us. The staff are all nice and helpful. The car that they arranged to and from the airport was very comfortable. The hotel's location is also perfect for shopping and eating. Very near the lake, too. It's just everything you need in a hotel, without...

Stayed here for 2 nights with my gal. Less than $40 per night. We arrived at Noble very early in the morning from Sapa and the fellow on the desk, Erik, got us into a 3 person room #505 immediately. Great space. Wonderful beds, linens, bathroom and fast, fast WIFI. Good buffet breakfast below lobby. Staff is a dream. The...

The location of this hotel could not be more perfect. It's in the old quarter and is within walking distance of pretty much everything...street food, local attractions, shops, and art galleries galore. The staff here is amazing! They are friendly, helpful, and have great tips on things to see, where to go, and will help organize tours for you. We...

We spent 2 nights at the Nobel. It was really handy to the old quater full of restaurants, shops, the river. The room was spacious and for a *** hotel right up there. Clean, good breakfasts, helpful staff. Worth staying especially as there is all you need and fab location. The king size bed is huge but very firm (...

No trip to Hanoi is complete without a stay at the Noble Boutique Hotel - tradition demands it! This together with our diligent service and modern technological comforts provide a truly unparalleled experience. Our location is the most convenient starting point to explore Hanoi's old town or, alternatively, to merely sit and watch the world go by.
