We had stayed at Rising Dragon 3 years ago and were welcomed back as old friends by David Trung and his staff with hospitality seldom seen in the best 5 star hotels. Our deluxe room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Rising Dragon is well located in Hang Be St , one of best areas...

Located in the old quarter at 17 Nguyen Van To-Hoan Kiem, Hanoi the Rising Dragon 3 is a new hotel at which the rooms and service cannot be faulted. Staff are helpful to a fault, the hotel has a car and driver which is available at modest rates, a laundry service that multinational hotels can only dream about, free wifi...

A friend and I stayed 5 nights at the new Rising Dragon 3 in the old quarter and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. We were a bit dubious of their constant inquiries about our travel plans at first, assuming they were trying to sell us on tours. However, when we needed assistance in setting up...

We stayed in this hotel for two nights after coming back from Halong Bay. After our experience in another hotel prior to our Halong Bay trip, i was dreading this hotel as it was even cheaper than our previous one, which was terrible! Luckily, the friendly staff immediately made us welcome, and although they couldnt find our booking (through Agoda)...

The hotel is excellently located in the old quarter of Ha Noi, close to Hoan Kiem lake and the varied back streets of the old city. Staff at the hotel could not have been more attentive and obliging from the booking to departure, even arranging all tours on our behalf. The city is vibrant, with a sea of motorcycles at...

I have stayed at the ”Rising Dragon” hotel on 3 occasions in October 2010. Starting with the friendly airport pick up I was very happy there. The room was nice and airy with a beautiful view, worth the climb to the 5th floors without an elevator. The bed was comfortable. the bathroom big and well equipped. But the best part...

Great and warm service. bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfy (I stayed in deluxe and standard). Reasonable price. Very strategic location (located in the middle of Old Quarter-Hoan Kiem Dist) because almost all interesting places were in walking distance. Breakfast was quite nice. I booked ha long bay and hoa lu-tam coc tour from hotel's manager (Mr. David Trung)...

We arrived 10am plus and greeted by the friendly and pleasant staff. The hotel was located in a good location, at the Old Quarters. While waiting to check-in, we decided to walk around the city first and off to the Ho Chi Minh's maosoleum and other attractions. We finally checked in later in the afternoon. David, the contact person from...
