The room is nice, clean and big enough. Price is also cheap and location is very good. There are many restaurants around for choosing. Good place for travelers. The coffee and bang I near here is nice.

We stayed here last month and loved it. The staff are incredibly friendly, cheerful and helpful. The rooms are large and very clean. The hostel has a great location in the Old Quarter. Best hostel we have ever stayed in. Felt more like a high end hotel.

We booked the hotels as per the photos and reviews shown on HostelWorld but it was not at all worth it. The rooms were small. The room we were allotted had no window or ventillation and was very claustrophobic. Towels were not clean. The shampoo and shower gel dispenser was

We really liked staying at this hostel. The staff is really friendly, the location's good and the rooms are nice too. They also offer pick up services from and to the airport which I thought was very nice and convenient and for a very fair price :-)

The hostel sits a 10 minute walk to the main streets with the night market in so it's perfect location really. We had the deluxe double ensuite room and it was massive! Comfy beds! The staff were so helpful from booking tours to general advice for newbies to the city! Recommend!

Hi! Halong Bay tour is really nice, food was delicious (but bring some snacks because there is nothing to buy there between lunch and dinner). Price hostel offers if fair. Accommodation is really nice (I had my own cabin), but staff on the boat turns off aircon during the day while you move around. As for Sapa tours - there were couple of options. I had the touristic one, group of 10 people, home stay. Was really, really nice, amazing scenery, lovely guide and really nice place where we stayed (showers, great food, rice pancakes for breakfast..). Price I would say is ok and they took good care of me. When I got back at 5 am, I got to shower and hostel staff offered me breakfast even though I was leaving a little later. Hostel organizes also less touristic tours that go north from Sapa, one day longer than mine and you get to stay with a family and experience more local life with a group of 3-4 tourists only. People who went were really satisfied with that tour (I didn't have enough time for it). Kim, Manager at the hostel is great, and she will help you to choose the best tour.
