Great location, welcoming staff and delicious breakfast. We stayed just for one night but we had a great experience. The staff made us felt at home, they were very helpful and saved our luggage until we left to take our train in the evening. Totally recommended!
This place has everything you need during your stay in Hanoi. We just spent one night at this hotel and didn’t miss anything. The rooms are comfy and clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is located in the middle of the old city, everything was very close - we could walk to most of the sights and had a huge offer of restaurants & cafes just in 5 minutes walk. I would recommend this hotel in Hanoi!
We stayed here for just 1 night while in Hanoi but would've loved to stay longer. Staff was extremely helpful and polite, location was awesome, breakfast was super amazing and our room was clean and cozy. Just absolutely wonderful :) if we ever come back to Hanoi we will definitely stay here again.
It was a great stay in this hotel. We arrived for a first 2 nights stay before heading to Sapa. Nicely warm welcome by Rossa, with a refreshment drinks. We were upgraded to a bigger room facing the main road. We had a very good sleep as there are not too noisy at night. On the day we were back from Sapa, we stayed in Superior room. Just enough to have your night in this room since most of the time you will be out, exploring the city. What we would say, the bed in this room is more comfort than the earlier one. Breakfast, even it’s basic but enough to feed us in the morning. In overall, it’s feel like a home.. To Jay, Rossa & the rest of the team, thank you for your hospitality and assistance. Hope to be back again.
I have stayed here previously as a solo in a single room and was impressed. I have returned this time as a couple in the suite room. The staff are very friendly. The room had a really nice outlook over the tree lined street. The bathroom is lovely. The hotel is located in a great location with easy access to Hoan Kiem Lake and the old district. If using a Jetstar shuttle from the airport, it is a flat walk around the lake to the hotel if you don’t want to get a taxi. The railway station is a short trip away (about 38,000d by GRAB taxi). I have stayed in Hanoi many times and unless you stay 5 star you are playing Russian roulette because Hanoi is very expensive and it really is hit or miss. I will continue to come back here when looking for good midrange budget.
