We organised first holiday in Vietnam and chose this hotel to stay because some good reviews on tripadvisor. But I relized this was the worst decision we made. Room was too small, sometime there was no hot shower and water just dropped on the floor whole night. The receptionist was terrible. Tried to pretend that nothing wrong and was impolite...

We loved our stay at Classic Street. Great location in the old quarter, close to walk to the lake and all the main sights. Plenty of delicious street food close by. The staff were all wonderful, organized and helpful. They have a great map to give you on arrival with recommended places to visit and eat. We booked our Halong...

We just stayed here for the first stop on our honeymoon. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful, they even arranged an airport transfer for us and let us store our bags for two hours, despite having checked out 36 hours earlier for a trip to Halong Bay. The room was comfortable, if basic and the location in the...

Room was spacious & quiet, relatively clean and well equipped with a comfortable bed, electric kettle, tea/coffee making, fridge, extra chairs and table etc. Bathroom was quite nice-renovated and quite new. What we didn’t like was some dirty marks on wall, and a couple of electrical conduits near the ceiling that were left half hanging, which gave the room an...

We chose this hotel for a one night stop over. Just wanted something economical. That was a mistake. There were ants all over the bathroom, springs jetting out of the bed, some kind of karoke all night outside the window and to get to our room we had to walk of 6 flights in a very narrow spiral staircase. I...

The location of this Hotel is great. You step out into the hustle and bustle of the Old City. Ideal! The rooms are large and everything was clean. As other travelers remarked, it is no luxury, but fantastic value for money. Staff are friendly and always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay here and will preferably return to this...

fantastic location. Nice, clean rooms that are cleaned daily and included breakfast with an adequate range of choices. Not luxury but at $40 AUD per night you can't expect it. Staff friendly and helpful, willing to keep our luggage when we checked out as we weren't flying out until late. Close to Hoan Kiem lake, many restaurants and shopping. Definitely...
