We made the booking for this hotel on booking.com, when we arrived at the hotel they were overbooked. We had to wait around while they tried to find us a room at a sister hotel. We were moved to a not as nice hotel which was more expensive then what we were suppose to pay from booking.com. It was 1130...

Lovely hotell in the centre of old Hanoi. Very central and easy to get to the rest of the city. The restaurant was very good, breakfast was good, Vietnam style, but also western style. Dinner was excellent, Vietnam style. The room was very nice, we had a choice of 2 rooms, and on the second day we were upgraded to...

Great location in the heart of Hanoi. The hotel is very nice, but we got room 207 and it was like Hobbit cottage. The ceiling was so low and we had some ants in the room. There is also kitchen in the floor above, so from early morning, there was a lot of noise coming from there. The staff was...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a good stay. The transfer from the airport brought us directly to the hotel where the friendly staff checked us in and brought us to our room. The room was clean with modern interior, the bathroom was nice too, with a big shower. There is a minibar in the room...

Great hotel. Perfect location. Quite in the rooms. Clean. Very helpful staff. Spa underneath hotel, well priced and great service. Complimentary breakfast is decent - omelette station, rice, bread, other dishes though didn't look too appealing but we were full and satisfied every morning. They helped organise tours and airport pick up and drop off. Would definitely stay here again...

It was in an area that had too many street peddlers! Was aproached many times for a massage or other things that didn't interest me. Hotel offers massage so do many properties around the area. Room was clean but a little dark with no natural light. Close to lake and beer street also the water puppet theatre which is worth...

I highly recommend Classic Street for all your touring needs & general advice while in Hanoi. The concierge talked us through (& booked) various day trip and overnight trips, including trade offs for price vs quality. Such a better experience than the few travel agents we visited first whose English was poor, they lacked any real photos/brochures for what to...

Hotel is located in a great part of the old quarter, provides a good breakfast and has really helpful staff. They helped us book a trip to Halong Bay and our overnight train to Hue. Provided a useful map with great recommended places to eat and highlights to see. The day spa was a little overpriced for the level of...

Unlike Liloo we did not know the hotel under the previous management. We are two mature women who travel within a low budget. And the hotel met our expectations. The rooms are not huge but not small. The bathrooms not large but comfortable but could be maintained better or modernized. There is a lift and the staff is very helpful...

My favorite hotel in Ha Noi since a decade had changed owners. And things are running down. Poor maintenance, no real supervising of staff and increased prices... So sorry saying this is my last stay in this hotel formerly bright clean, homy, comfy and with an authentic soul. Obviously, new owner is looking for money, introducing spa, restaurant in an...
