This was one of 3 accommodation places in which we stayed in Vietnam and was by far the best. The staff we're amazing, attentive, helpful and amazingly living towards my 10 month old son. We would recommend this place to anyone who would like a home away from home, you are always greeted with a smile and welcomed back warmly....

We accidently discovered this hotel because we were unfortunate enough to be conned by the dodgy guy from the Sinh Café chain down the road who commandeered the shuttle bus from Hanoi airport and tried to get everyone to book tours and accommodation through his company (just be wary and that's another story). When the Sinh Café's hotel was not...

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I stayed for 4 nights, although the first two were in another nearby Hong Ngoc branch (almost identical) due to issues caused by recent storm conditions. My room was spacious and extremely clean, with a few power points and a strong Wifi signal. Of particular note was the traditional furniture with mother of pearl inlay - not the plushest things...

What a lovely hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great for us westerners (eggs, breads, fruits, potatoes, juice, tea and coffee) and many other options. What really stood out about this hotel was the customer service. The door is always held open for you, your bags are transported to your room without any expectation of tip,...

Having stayed at the Hong Ngoc Dynastie previously I returned this time with my son, daughter in law and two grandchildren. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is located in a very convenient position and the staff were very friendly and helped us arrange several tours. They made the boys feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble.l

Bienvennue a Hong Ngoc Dynastie! Established in 1994, Hong Ngoc Dynastie was the first hotel of the Hong Ngoc hotels group and has quickly become one of the veritable icons in the local hospitality industry. Bringing out the shopaholic in you, Hong Ngoc Dynastie is conveniently located near the bustling Hang Bong and Hang Dao Street, famous with myriad of shopping and entertainment complexes, in close proximity to the largest night market.
