This hotel was a great choice for Hanoi's Old Quarter. The location and rooms were great, but the customer service and attention to detail were stand outs. The staff here were wonderful and gave us one of the best hotel stays I've had. Everything they did -- from helping with transportation, to sending up tea while I had a minor...

Upon arrival we knew this was a wonderful place, from the greeting by all, the attentiveness from Flower and all the staff! Breakfast was done well! Being in Hanoi the language barrier can be hard with taxis, so they always walk out with you make sure you are not overcharged and brought to the right place! Usually at many hotels...

As a first timer to Hanoi this was a very good choice. They organised a taxi from the airport to save all the hassle. They were very friendly on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Our room was on the 7th floor and this was a good choice quiet with a good view of the city. Buffet breakfast was...

Stayed for 2 nights 6th-8th March. Brilliant location in the old quarter yet not noisy at night. Comfortable and clean. Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and efficient. Transferred our bags to their sister hotel where we spent our last night in Hanoi following trip to Cat Ba island, with no problems at all. They also got us tickets for the...

1. Highly commendable team of staff - courteous, helpful, friendly, attentive, prompt. On our last day, we had to leave the hotel at 6am for our super early morning flight. The staff had their kitchen pack a healthy breakfast to takeaway so we could have it in the comfortable 7 seater they prepared for our trip to the airport. 2....

Great location near Beer Street in Old Quarter of Hanoi. Close to many attractions. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful in arranging our tickets and transportation to the Water Puppet Show and many other sight seeing tours. Anthony was always at the front door to greet us with a smile and help us with our many shopping bags!...

We spent four nights here and enjoyed the friendly staff, quiet alley and central location. They offer a delicious complimentary breakfast and held our bags while we went to Bai Tu Long Bay. No regrets!

A friendly and welcoming team, they organised our visas, a driver to pick us up and our trip to Hanoi, they were easy to communicate with and helpful if we had any questions. The hotel is looking a little tired, however still a peaceful and pleasent hotel. It is close to local attractions and some great little restaurants and street...

Just had a 5days in this hotel. To be honest it's perfect for one night which it seemed most people did for us it was difficult as there was no bar where you could get a coffee or drink after a long day sight seeing. We had a kettle in our room but had to sit on the bed for...
