The facade hides a lovely budget hotel located within walking distance of all the main sites of Hanoi (we walked about 7kms a day). Lots of eateries and bars within a few minutes walk and only 5mins away from beer corner, which is not to be missed (5,000vnd a glass) .The hotel arranged a trip for us to Ha long Bay at a reasonable cost. Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped, overall good value.

Lovely hotel, fantastic location, tasty breakfast and comfortable and clean rooms. Received tea on arrival and a local map with food and drink recommendations. Staff were very friendly and English speaking, and was easy to book a car to the airport at the end of our stay. Would stay there again.

Location is perfect, staff are SO friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. But two of the nights, we stayed out late and came back to a dark lobby. One of the nights, there were motor bikes parked in the lobby and two guys were sleeping on the lobby furniture. Another night we came back and there was a bike lock around the handles of the lobby doors. There was someone there to let us in, but it just seemed a little odd that the way they lock the doors is to use a bike lock... Great value for the location; just a little odd in terms of security.
