My favourite part about this hotel was the staff. They were very helpful and informative, and were happy to go above and beyond to answer any questions we had.
The rooms are basic and clean. The air con and WiFi worked very well.
Me and a friend stayed at the guest house for a total of 4 nights. On arrival we were unsure of what to expect because it was so cheap! The hotel had a friendly atmosphere and all of the staff went out of their way...More

Hi, well I don't know if they have that option for the rooms, but they have a kitchen in te main floor, that it's open so you can use it after you ask of course; I always got the breakfast they prepared for guests, and then off I went to enjoy the city for the rest of the day. And unfortunately, I don't recall any 7/11 nearby, if there's any you have to walk a bit, but there's a lot of local little stores when you can buy things to eat, to prepare food, etc; and plenty places where to eat, Vietnamese style: indoors and outdoors; you'll be a short walk distance from the night market too, and other places to go for drinks. Remember if you want, you can always rent a scooter or use the tuk tuks, but ask always for price ranges comparing to distances to the staff for example, or you'll get rip off; and when you buy things, always check two ot three other places, before you make your decision. I know it's probably not the answer you were expecting, but I still hope you have a pleasant stay, it's a nice hostel and the staff is great!

Hi there, no the hotel haven't change heir name, it's just that they have an English version as well, their hostel can be found in here, just type the Vietnamese name in the search tool and you will find it, then just change the settings to English or the language of your preference, you can find there all their contact info, and after you make a reservation, they'll contact you right away to know more about your needs, dates, and if you have a pick up service from the airport, if you don't, they will help you with that too. Their staff is great, polite and super helpful, I highly recommend it, because my experience with them was great! Hope it helps, enjoy Hanoi, every corner has a lot to offer!
