Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Good stop over hotel if going on other tours.
Great location in the old city of Hanoi.
Good breakfast and offered breakfast box if going early.

I can't say enough about this hotel. The hotel itself is small but comfortable. The rooms are large (far larger than rooms in most hotels in Europe), and the bathrooms are modern, with rainforest shower heads. The place is immaculate, and the location is on...More

Airport transportation from Serene was roughly around $15-$20usd or you can order a grab taxi through the app (grab is Asia’s version of Uber) and it was around $10usd. But if you’re more comfortable having someone pick you up from airport or dropping you off it’s best to organise it through the hotel itself. You can email the hotel directly and ask Jenny the manager for assistance. She will help you with every request and say Matt sent you. Enjoy your stay it’s the best hotel in the old quarter and Jenny is the best.
