The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, but what really stood out was the courteous and friendly staff. It’s right amid the hustle and bustle of Hanoi for an authentic experience. Loved my stay here.

I am not sure if all rooms have windows. The room we stayed in was called an executive suite and it had a lounge room area and also a balcony/patio. If you went onto the balcony you could see the street and all the action... More

We've booked deluxe rooms with highest price to have best room, but they did trick us and move us to other hotel with small room, and far from the downtown. The new hotel has cheaper rate but they did not return money for... More
