We arrived in Hanoi after a fair amount of travel to another hotel. We had an issue of the other hotel changing our room on us on arrival to a far less appealing room so we came to Hanoi Legacy. Straight away they made us...More
The Legacy Hotel is a very nice low priced hotel. The staff is very good and helpful. We liked our room, and it was rather large for the price. I like the breakfast...all though simple, it was tasty. If you want a good value...this is...More

I am not sure if all rooms have windows. The room we stayed in was called an executive suite and it had a lounge room area and also a balcony/patio. If you went onto the balcony you could see the street and all the action, however from inside your room with the patio door shut you couldn't hear any street noise at all. I loved the size of the room and it wasnt much extra to book the suite. I never saw the standard rooms so couldnt comment on those.

We've booked deluxe rooms with highest price to have best room, but they did trick us and move us to other hotel with small room, and far from the downtown. The new hotel has cheaper rate but they did not return money for us. Never come back again. Foreigners should be careful when booking with Legacy Hanoi hotel system.
