I came to Hanoi without planning anything ahead and some people have recommended this hotel to me. I'd recommend this hotel to people who want to explore the Old quarter of Hanoi because it's located in the heart of the Phố Cổ. You can walk around phố cổ, or go to hồ gươm, which takes about 5 min of walking....

The staff is very friendly.(Mr. Quant, the Receptionist) he will try to help you as much as he can and fluent in English. They have king beds which are very comfortable. For their TV, they only had limited channels and most are a bit blurry. The room has a fridge. WiFi is free and speed is OK but sometimes it...

We stayed here by accident as our other hotel was being repaired. We were very happy. We had a great sized room with a king bed. The bathroom could do with some updating, but all functional and very comfortable. The staff here were great too, always willing to help with anything- especially suggestions on where to go. I liked this...

Worst 'hotel' ever - and I've stayed in some dodgy places. Room stank and was filthy. Bath looked as if someone had melted a body with acid in it. Attendants were morons and mislaid one of our passports. Breakfast meant to be at 6am but the lobby where it was served was actually being used as overnight storage for someone's...
