My first time to stay here but instantly I fell in love with the service. Receptionist are very helpful and all can speak good English. I was staying at executive floor and I have access in the Capital Lounge. Perfect cozy lounge, Melin, Hermine and the butler team made my stay so delightful. I highly recommend staying in this hotel if you want to experience good quality hotel service. The room was spacious and very clean. If I have to nitpick for any flaws during my stay, its only the taxi banned hours but with the help of the concierge, I can still manage to attend my business meeting. Overall, its an amazing hotel with 5 star service. Definitely will comeback for my future stay.

Only after the pandemic I came back to this hotel and I was so happy to see familiar faces. Service in this hotel is still on point starting to the reception check in, all are very friendly and very helpful. This time visit was very perfect because the Chinese restaurant “Mayman” was running a promotion Chili Crab, it was the best chili crab I ever tasted outside of Singapore. The Sunday dim sum buffet was my favorite because all the items was fresh and very tasty, a very authentic dim sum highly recommended to try. Every time I come back Hanoi, I will most definitely stay here as this is my home away from home place.

A Hotel for both family and serious business traveler's. The first time I visited Hanoi was in the year 2010. My supplier chose this Hotel for me and I was delighted with his taste and having to booked for me this Hotel. Just came back from Hanoi and 10 years later 2020 I still find this Hotel still the best for business traveler. With complete amenities ,and right up to the night entertainment after a busy day. They maintained the room top notch and it still look very new. And I noticed they even changed their external Hotel colour. Their staff is very professional ,from their reception ..very fast reservation indeed ..right down to the waitress at the coffee house. Well done...

This is a very nice place. A bit expensive though for what you get. 3 restaurants a nightclub downstairs. A spa on the top floor a pool and exercise room on 5. There's also a hair place on 5 as well. It offers airport transfer which is why I stayed here. Its quiet but the free wifi is sorta slow. if you want faster wifi you will pay for it here.

I stayed in this hotel in November 2019 for a conference. Room: nice and spacious. Toilet was clean with modern amenities. Gym: quite well-equipped. There are so many machines there that at time feels a bit cramped. Staff: very helpful and friendly. Check in and out were easy. Breakfast: lack of spread makes the experience less pleasant. Certainly not to a 5* mark. Although the hotel is nice, the main problem is that there is no decent eating place nearby. There is a joint on the immediate right side of the main gate but not the best food. Hotel food was quite expensive and bland. Other hotels provide shuttle bus service to old quarter, but this was absent here.

I was at fortuna on th14, 15 and 16th of November. I enjoyed the stay as the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was lovely but I thought a little bit monotonous. Night club at the basement is a practically a rip off place. However, the all other sectors of the hotel were excellent. Spa and sauna was very nice and effective

The wheelchair accessible room is very well equipped. The room is spacious for wheelchair to move around. The roll in shower has a shower bench and grab bars that is adequate. Wonderful friendly & helpful staff.

Stayed here for one night and it was an overall subpar experience. The hotel and amenities were beautiful. However, my friend and I decided to do a late check out since our flight wasn’t until 11 PM. We were in the lobby and ordered food and boba via the Grab app and a female employee came up to us and said we weren’t allowed to bring in food from outside. She stated that there was food and drink sold inside the hotel. If we wanted to eat the food we ordered we would have to leave. When asked about it at the front desk on what guests do when they’ve already checked out, the front desk employee said that there were no lounge places within the hotel and that the chairs to the right of the front desk were only for the cafe located in the lobby hence why we weren’t allowed to eat our food there. It was strange how a four star hotel would ask their paying guests to leave the vicinity when they don’t want to pay for the overpriced hotel food. We ended up just leaving with our food and heading to the airport earlier then planned. Very disappointing experience to say the least. …

Front desk was rude. No one helps you with anything. They had trouble finding our reservation and they made us wait approx 20 min. The food is overpriced and underwhelming (we had dinner and breakfast). Cocktails were watery. The room itself was not spacious and we booked two double beds but the room had a king and a twin. The heating unit smelled like smoke but the AC made the room freezing. While waiting to go to the airport we had boba which we were told we could not drink in the lobby since they have drinks at their cafe. We were also told can’t bring any outside food or drink in because they want to make you eat at their cafe. Beautiful facility but trash service. Definitely should not be a four star hotel. Best staff here was the housekeeper and worst was the front desk
