From check-in to breakfast/ pre dinner hors d’oeuvres, both my hubby and i received very personalised service. We were upgraded to their premier suite for our anniversary celebration. A really nice gesture of the hotel. All staff in the club lounge are very meticulous and take good care of us. Will like to especially thank Jason (club lounge staff) for going the extra mile to make our stay an even better one. Woke up everyday to a magnificent & calm West Lake, beautiful sunset & yummy food at the lounge. It has been a really relaxing and memorable stay here in Pan Pacific Hanoi. We are already planning our next holiday in December.

Fellow Canadian’s an other World travelers. The Pan Pacific Hanoi is by far the best hotel of our whole tour of Vietnam, even beats the Hyatt in Da Nang!!! (Which was good as well just not up to the service standard of the Pan Pacific Hotel) the service at the Pan Pacific Hanoi is impeccable the food at the restaurants is amazing and safe! The breakfast and dinner is top knotch and caters to all tastes and nationalities. Apparently the roast beef served at the buffet dinner according to my son is better than mine at home 😉. The roof top bar is something not to be missed for the evening cocktails! Please do not waste your time staying at a different place in Hanoi! The spa is great, the pool area is stunning and large perfect for swimming laps! The gym is fabulous along with the steam bath, sauna and two hot tubs! Check in was speedy an efficient. The rooms are very clean and spacious! Love this place and will be staying here again. #PanPacificHanoi

It was my first time visiting Hanoi and I read that this hotel was in a great location. I didn’t think so, it was very difficult to get to and from the hotel due to the traffic on the corner it was located. Staff were ok. Rooms were ok but no where near the standard I expected for the price with an awkward bathroom setup, shower that filled up at the bottom so you had to unscrew the drain so the water wasn’t above your ankles (2 rooms we had with both the same design), pool and gym both looked great. Breakfast isn’t free as advertised - you pay for it in your rate and if you pick the lower rate it’s not included. Otherwise they charge $20USD per person per day for it. It did look amazing though. It was a fair hike to any shopping, markets. Very close to KFC if that’s your thing. Would stay elsewhere next time.

We stayed at the pan Pacific this month on our mini Asia adventure to japan Vietnam and Singapore. The hotel was absolutely amazing !!! We upgraded our room to a lake view room which if you get the chance is well worth it because the views are absolutely incredible, the light in the room is just lush. The rooms are very big, the bathrooms are beautifully decorated with a huge bath and shower which are well accessible and so comfy!!! Also the maintenance of the room by the cleaners and staff was absolutely spot on !! The amenities they leave are really nice as well. My only moan about the room is the air con isn’t very strong but this is a very very small moan. If you stay here i advise a visit to the hotel bakery it’s just amazing and the cakes are beautiful we tried a few during our stay! Also the facilities are brilliant the pool and fitness centre are great! I loved that the roof on the pool opens so it’s like your outside! Big shout out to the staff who honestly couldn’t have done more for us! Greeted us by name, got us taxis and gave us food and tour recommendations. Book a tour through the hotel we did the half day military tour and we were on our own with a guide who spoke amazing English and were driven around it was great!! I would and will be coming back to stay again and recommending massively to friends and family!! Your in safe hands and outside of the madness here it’s like a sanctuary amongst the madness outside! If you get the chance too book the unlimited Dim Sum it’s INCREDIBLE!! Shout out to Lam who was an amazing staff member !! And loads of others who honestly couldn’t have helped more!!

Heard about Food promotion from Argentina we came. Disappointed. Food díplay on buffet is like street food. Service at Summit Lounge is horrible. We booked a table in advance but when we came we had been told no table reserved for us. Then they set a table what other guests just left. They did not change table clothes what was totally dirty & wet like soaked in water. We came at 7.30pm and at 9pm they ran out of food on buffet. Keep off this place.
