The historical hotel located in a very central area. Food is extremely good and the room is great. We booked premium room with access to executive lounge offered great tea break and wine tasting! Must try the hotel restaurant which offers great Vietnamese and French cuisine.

I stayed at this hotel only one night (my mistake, should have stayed longer!), and the hotel staff were superb while I was there, and afterward. I arrived with a very bad cold (caught from too much AC on tour bus in SE Asia), and after a difficult night of coughing asked the front desk if they could call a...

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Service was exceptional - very attentive. Breakfast was really excellent. A real highlight was the one hour evening guided tour describing the war and visiting the bomb shelter - very knowledgeable and informative guide. Our room was large and very comfortable, a delight to stay in.

I came here for a drink before I headed out to dinner, and I have to say it is no wonder this is the premier hotel in Hanoi. I went to Bamboo Bar next to the swimming pool for a drink and was in awe of the setting. The entrees and cocktails were fantastic! As an Accor member I look...

There is a pool! In Vietnam you need to be able to cool off and relax at a pool albeit not a lot of sun filled chairs as this is the norm. These buildings are very well preserved and gorgeous. The amenities are quite nice and staff wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the overall atmosphere was definitely top...

Despite the size of the hotel, staff made us very welcome here over our stay of 3 nights. Rooms (even though we did not upgrade) were comfortable and spotless with good facilities and complementary Lanvin toiletries. Very comfortable bed. Excellent buffet breakfast with a vast choice of all cuisines including local Vietnamese. The bar around the pool and inner courtyard...

This hotel, found in Old Hanoi, is outstanding. The French influence is found everywhere: the architecture, the furnishings, the Hermes bathroom amenities, the frequent "Bon Jour Madame" by the attentive staff and excellent cuisine. An outdoor promenade linking the new and the historical sections features Parisian shops such as Chopard, Hermes, an Epicure shop and many others. Le Bar is...

If you ever have the chance to go to Hanoi this is the place to stay. Colonial French beutiful hotel where the wings of history still can be seen. Good location, rooms are splendid and staff are just as friendly as you can expect in Vietnam. Tip top👍

The hotel is very well located but here are a few things you need to know: This is a big hotel... We stayed in the newly renovated aisle and I am glad we did as it did not feel like brand new... We had a premium room, size was nice however the rooms are very noisy...you hear people walking or...
