NEWly built mega 200 bed poshtel with a party vibe. Not extreme wild party but still a party vibe. Big bar restaurant area. Nice swimming pool 7 feet deep. Breakfast is included. Upscale. Staff Mai, Anthu, and especially the slender guy with glasses(Ben?) were very helpful in a sometimes chaotic environment. Lily is a very sociable, hardworking sales agent. I bought a 1 day Halong Bay upscale catamaran tour. I think most of the guests here prefer something like a party booze cruise. 95 percent of the guests are Caucasian or Caucasian like young people. Most are of whom are nice although you may encounter 1 or 2 racists if you are not white and young. The Location is a few hundred meters away from central old quarter. So it is not centrally located, but not far. For a new 200 bed upscale hostel, the occupancy rate is healthy but far from full. I think it will do well if it attracts tourists from a variety of countries like Japan, Thailand etc. I also recommend they put shoe racks outside the dorm rooms in the wide empty hallways. Many tourists bring their stinking dirty backpacker moist shoes into the room which made it a bit more difficult to fall asleep. It's a classy hostel with a few less than classy guests. Also the bathrooms have no vents and no windows, so I recommend the bathroom doors stay open otherwise it is extremely moist and warm inside all the time and there may be mildew and mold problems later. The aircon rooms are very cold, and it will help dry up the bathrooms and the bedroomswill not be too dry. As long as the toilet is flushed there should be no smell. Also the aircon is on 24 hours and very cold, even when nobody is in the rooms. I think the aircon can be set at 25 or 24 degree Celsius and it would save a lot of electricity and money. The beds are a bit firm. All in all it's a very nice upscale huge poshtel with a terrific group of staff who do not discriminate. (At another big hostel in Hanoi I stayed a couple of years ago the female staff was very nice but the male Vietnamese staff was very hostile to me ... I think they were fighting for Caucasian women who fancy Asian males lol. )

I was able to stay cheaply by booking through the hostel's official website. The location is great and the free breakfast was delicious. The lobby is luxurious and spacious. Some places like this close their shutters at night, but this one is open even late at night. The bed in the room felt a little small, but I was able to accept that since it was cheap. It was unfortunate that the WiFi was weak in the room, but the cost performance was acceptable in Hanoi, where accommodations are not that cheap. I would definitely stay here again if I am on a tight budget.

This is the best hostel I have been to on my travels in south east Asia, it opened a few weeks ago so everything is so modern and comfortable. the bar here is so good you don’t need to go to beer street. The staff are the best I have met as well, in particular Lily who made my time in Hanoi so enjoyable, she will help with any problems you have, help with booking tours and onward travel around Vietnam but most importantly welcomes you with a smile. You could not find a better front desk team. This is the only place I would stay in Hanoi and have visited 3 times on my travel through Asia. This hostel almost feels like a hotel and it is so cheap, the best value for money I have had especially now with breakfast included. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The hostel was nice and new. The staff were friendly however they were quite unprofessional and laughed a lot of the time if there was an issue, however they did try their best. We had booked a 4 person dorm but were told that we were going to a six person dorm where two beds would be blocked out. The room was nice and beds were hard but comfortable and plenty of space. There was a fan and charging points in the sleeping pod however if you used the USB port there was a bright blue light that would shine on you whilst you slept which wasn’t great.
Even though we asked to be far away from the music, we could still hear it quite loudly and when we went to check out where the music was coming from we just saw an empty lobby playing extremely loud music and only 5 people there.
For breakfast, there were no vegan options, however there was egg on toast and we asked to swap the egg for avocado. It just came as two peices of plane toast and a half an avocado with some leafy salad.
I also found it very annoying that we had to give our passports to them, or else we would have to pay a fee. They said they would keep them safe but they were not organised whatsoever and throughout my stay I saw random people’s passports scattered all over their desks.
Overall I would recommend staying here as it’s cheap and modern, however I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than one or two nights if you don’t have to.

The staff are very nice and show us how to play billiards (especially Alex :-P). The rooms are also comfortable and have large beds, you can close them nicely with curtains. The location is very good, right in the center

The go-to hostel in Hanoi. Fresh rooms and common premises. Good pool and good rooftop bar. Good good food in the restaurant. A bit overpriced.. Many employees on site, always someone who can help you. Wind was the name of a girl who worked at The one hostel who gave very good and fast service. She was active 24/7 on whatsapp for questions about tours and any questions.
Neat and clean. You also had to change towels every day. Good breakfast included in the price.
A bit too expensive tours they offered. If you book directly from the companies or shops that sell tours, you get 25% cheaper. But definitely worth staying here if you are going to visit Hanoi.

Lovely hostel, very clean , staff are brilliant and great facilities. Bevis and the owner tony are both incredibly kind and offered to help at every opportunity. Great location too so accessing the city is easy with many popular spots being within walking distance. Would highly advise staying here for the staff alone.

I stayed in one of their dormitory rooms during my visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort provided. The beds were comfortable, each equipped with personal lockers for security. Despite being a dormitory, the atmosphere was peaceful, allowing for a good night's rest after a day of sightseeing. The hostel's staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering tips on nearby attractions and organizing walking tour. Sonny helped me understand a lot more about Vietnamese culture and traditions. Anyway, I highly recommend this hostel
