This is our 2nd time visiting Hanoi. We have not seen the city much the last trip so we wish to spend more time exploring it. We were so blessed to find this Free local tour organisation who send their tour guide (FOC) to us promptly. The guide is knowledgeable and took us to places she recommended; the entire trip...

The rooms are large and the beds big but very hard, the room was clean and basic but it's the noise of the train that lets it down, one night we had to go down and ask the staff to be quiet as the noise travels up the stairs so ask for top floors and at the back. The staff...

This hotel has a good location for the old town area. The hotel is only small the beds are very firm, the bathrooms are functional but if you want somewhere central it's clean and ok. The problems are mainly the noise if you're a light sleeper forget it, the noise from the street goes on late into the night and...

We stayed here fir 4 nights and took their organized tour to Ha Long and Tam Coc (Ninh Binh). They picked us up at airport, we stayed in a 5th floor room with balcony, then we took a Ha Long cruise, came back and took a Tam Coc day trip afterwards. The hotel is outside of the main tourist area...

We booked 8 day tour package with the hotel which is actually quite cheap compared to the tour items include in it. Hotel staff was very friendly and polite. Room was cosy yet comfortable, hotel is located in old quarters which gives Flavours of local city.

Standard rooms are very very small and are not worth taking . You must take family rooms only .They are nice and spacious. All other rooms are tiny. Hotel is centrally located and well connected. Breakfast is very average .

We booked hotel via booking.com for two nights. After our arrival they moved us to another hotel due to problems with water- according to their words. They probably lied, because we saw other guests inside. They probably sell rooms, which they don't have available. They moved us to Hanoi Sky View hotel. It was horrible, mould on the wall in the room,...

Really cheap place in a reasonable location but the rooms are horrible (even though we had an upgrade). It just seemed unclean. Limescale all over the shower and quite possibly the hardest mattresses in the world. We all had to have massages the next day due to back pain. If you are on a budget and don't mind a terrible...

The beds are rock hard. I will have nightmares about those beds for weeks. I had longer booked but had to cancel them because of the beds. The bathrooms were also dirty. It could have been worse but the good reviews here don't reflect how below average this place is.
