Staff are excellent... most people choose this place as a 1-night stop over to go in/out as it's close to the airport. Rooms are very basic. don't expect the same type of bang for your buck when compared to other hotels in the Old Quarter in Hanoi. Not much to see or do outside the hotel. We had a 4pm...

I had an almost 24 hour layover in Ha Noi so I decided to search for hotels near to the airport. Avi Airport Hotel was the only hotel where the reviews were halfway decent and didn't include adjectives such as "filthy and "outdated". The room I was assigned was pretty basic. When I booked through booking.com, it said that my...

Stayed for one night while in transit from Hanoi to Vientiane, Very convenient to Airport and well worth the money. A little small to be considered a hotel with only 15 rooms. As a hotel it would rate about 3 stars, but the location and price make it a great buy. They pick up at the airport and deliver back...

Often I have traveled into the centre of Hanoi for a 1 stay … never though of looking for hotel in Noi Bai…. but arriving at 10pm inspired me to try a little harder and the end result was a wonderful surprise … cheaper then the old quarter by a mile … 5 minutes, not an hour in a taxi...

The hotel lived up to our expectations - it is very close to the airport and easy to get to - the hotel arranged our transport back and forth. We got in late and the hotel also provided a good noodle dinner. The accommodations are basic, but clean, safe and convenient. You will not need an alarm clock as there...

1. Location -It is about 5-6 minutes from Hanoi Airport. It provides airport transfer which is USD5 per way. 2. Room - very basic but furnitures are outdated. 3. Bed - Mattress is hard but it is very clean. This is a family run 'guesthouse' and it is located in a village. This hotel is refurbished from an old house...

We stayed here for one night a few days ago and were very surprised at how good the rooms were. We had a computer in our room which was really helpful. The management and staff were very happy and helpful and we would highly recommend it not just as a transit hotel. We could have stayed a few days with...

What this hotel lacks in modern conveniences is made up by the friendly and efficient service of the entire staff. I would rather stay at this comparatively spartan hotel five minutes from the airport than drive 30-40 minutes into Hanoi and pay much more just to stay one night. The only recommendation I would make is to replace the glass...

Avi advertises itself as clean comfortable & friendly. We booked the hotel for a nights transit accom on the way to Laos and found it exactly as advertised. In addition a pleasant surprise was a comfortable bed in lieu of the ironing boards that often double as beds in Vietnam. The only drawback is that the room door was frosted...

Although the room was very basic, it was good value because so close to the airport after my plane was cancelled due to a typhoon. The staff were very friendly with a smattering of English. It is in a very quiet street at night, so sleeping was not a problem.
