Very helpful friendly staff-good English. Hotel old building but clean & ok. Big room, with kettle & tea / coffee but no free water. Breakfast really good. Good price if booked with Agoda in promotion but walk in prices way too expensive. Tours & taxi prices offered at the hotel too expensive, shop around the hundreds of tour shops for...

I have to say, the service and hospitality is worth 5 stars whereas the hotel itself only worth 3 stars. The services are beyond expectation from a budget hotel. The staffs are really friendly and kindly assist us in most situations such as calling our tour operators to ensure a punctual pick up, providing us great recommendations of places to...

The hotel is situated at a good location in the middle of Old quarters. Good walking distance to the attractions nearby. I even tried walking from the Train station to the Hotel for about 20mins and it's quite reasonable I guess. The room I stayed at is nothing fancy but I am not a fussy traveller. As long as it...

I mistakenly booked this hotel for 11th March rather than 11th Feb as I intended to having only realised when coming back from a Halong Bay tour to Hanoi (where the shuttle bus would drop me off). I knew the booking was non-refundable but asked my tour guide to explain my error over the phone. Initially the hotel advised the...

We are a family of four traveling with teenage kids and this was our first stop on our trip in Vietnam. It was nice that the hotel arranged airport pick up on our request, but it was overpriced. The hotel was run down. We had a room on the street frontage on the top level, but the window didn't seal...

I booked this hotel through hotels.com. For this price it was really great - room, location. After checked in, very nice lady from reception called US and upgrade room to even better one with no additional charged. Great, thanks :)) You can also book a trio thrugh them od arranged taxi driver.

We were two nights and the Roma were quite humid. We asked to be changed in to another room and they did but there was the same Problem. The breakfast was not good. So this hotel is overpriced, for this price you can find something better. At least should cost less

We are a family of 5 that stayed in two 'Family Rooms' January of 2017. Our rooms were on the first and second floor, room 101 and 201. I stayed in 201 with the rest of my family. Jenny checked us in and my goodness she is AMAZING!!! She herself is worthy of a promotion and a five star review....

I spent 2 nights in this hostel in the center town in Old quarters. It was really good (room & breakfast). Staff was really nice in particular Helen who showed me the best places to eat local food and buy some souvenirs. Jenny was kind too. I recommend heartily this hostel in Hanoi !

Most budget hotels are in the old quarter, where motorcycles cover the pavements and you walk out into the road and more motorcycles try and run you over. Consider paying more for elsewhere. Check in is 2pm and as I got there on the morning flight (as opposed to the evening flight) I had a long wait. Easy check in....
