Room didn't look like on photos. We ordered on with window - there was one with a corridor view. Room was stinky and dirty (cigarettes around the bed), in bathroom sink was leaking. We booked 3 nights but we left after one. We moved to Hanoi Traveller Hostel - that one we highly recommend.

This place is horrible, if I could rate it 0 stars, trust me I would! It took 15 minutes to get someone to check us in and the first question they asked us was what are we doing tomorrow and do we want to book a tour. We were not shown to our disgusting room on the 4th floor, as... More

The hotel is humble and could be maintained a little better, but is in a good position and is very cheap. Even if not fantastic, for a little money you have private rooms with hot shower, breakfast included. So, don't expect anything special, but is pretty good comparing with the average in the area...

We stayed here a few nights and the room was largish though not exactly in top shape. But there was hot water, internet worked well and breakfast was standard. At 9$ per night we felt it was good value.

This is (by far) the worst hotel in Vietnam. The rooms are really dirty, there is no hot water and there were a lot of cockroaches. At night we heard mice crawling and chewing their way trough the walls. Breakfast was included but we didn't get it. We already booked three nights with a pause of 1 night for the... More

Stayed here for three nights. Have only just looked at the pictures on this site and they do not look like the rooms I stayed in (and I stayed in two). The place appears to be run by a group of young lads and I'm not sure they've ever been upstairs so they might not of realised that the carpet... More

When we entered our room a thick wall of mouldy moist air was the first thing that hit us. The room didn't have a window or proper ventilation and any moisture from the bathroom stays in the room. The walls were wet, dirty and flaking. On the upside the room was incredibly cheap so some negligence was to be expected.... More

Stayed for one night in a room with no window, very damp as soon as we walked in. Stained sheets. Dirty surfaces. Breakfast was a joke, got a crusty Baguette with butter (other options available at your risk). There was noise from 5.30am with people being loud and singing in reception. Service was ok, no rudeness but everyone who worked... More

Room had no window. Bed sheets were dirty. Bathroom was leaking everywhere. The room smelled awful, no ventilation at all. Sockets were old, and loose. Could not charge phone. Tv is 7 channels in vietnamese. Very bad service. The most depressing stay ever. Don't trust the pictures as it's far from reality!

I am currently lying in my room at 7am at Tony's hostel having been awake since before 6 because of the inconsiderate staff creating so much noise downstairs. The room we are in has no ventilation or Windows and so as soon as you enter the room it feels damp and horrible because of the shower, and the state of... More
