Everything was extremely excellent. I booked this hotel via emails with Kenny. So luckily, he is the owner, that easily for me to get special discount price from him. I booked this hotel together with package tours halong bay & sapa 6 days for whole family of 4 persons, also my daughter and son at 4 and 7. Very fast... More

Our trip was conducted from September 15 to October 05, 2013 .. i am extremely impressive on this hotel service, had really good experience in Vietnam and everything is organized by them. we booked one super double and got free upgrade to family suite room which is really large and clean and comfortable... hotel' staff is so friendly, and helpful gave me all recommendation on foods, drinks and willing to call us... Our Halong Bay cruise was cut short because the seasons biggest Typhon was coming in. We were booked in to the Thaison Palace ended up staying three. The name of the fellow who met us at the Hotel his name was Joe???? Anyway, extremely helpful and sat us down and explained the various activities to see and do in Hanoi.... More

We had booked on Agoda with no problem at all the description of the room matched what we stayed in no probs. On checkout we were informed we had been upgraded at our request (not). And cost an additional 200000 dong per night! Not happening will never return staff are very friendly and happy but to the point of unprofessional.... More

This hotel and staff is by far the best hotel in Hanoi. Upon arrival Joe the manager greted us with his friendly smile and energetic demeanor. We were treated to cold refreshments and fresh local fruits. The rooms are well above average and the service second to none. Joe help us with great restaurants and attractions to see and eat... Our arrival at the hotel was late after a flight from vientiane. We used their taxi pick up for $18 and all went well. We were welcomed with tea and asked about our plans for our stay in Hanoi. We were upgraded to a huge room. Very comfortable but quite gaudily decorated, lots of gold and diamanté.... Not my taste... More
