Thank you to all of the friendly, helpful, and wonderful staff at this little Gem of a Hotel. It may not stand out like all the 5 star flashy large chain Hotels but this small Hotel looks after like you are a part of their family. Breakfast was always fresh & enough. Rooms spotless some with Great balconies to see...

This hotel is minutes west of Hoan Kiem (the old Quarter lake) and surrounded by eateries. It is easy to spot, fortunately, with a large vertical neon sign outside - you can’t miss it. Just what you need when walking around with baggage like an idiot. You know the feeling after a long flight. Close to another tall hotel, A25...

At a price of £12 for 1 night the pictures made it look like a steal. Unfortunately this was a case of looks too good to be true, as it was. For the price we paid it was definitely the best value for money room we had in Vietnam. The room was not bad and staff were helpful and friendly...

Thank you Mr. Thomule. We confidentiality believe, with the price guests pay to us, our rooms have better value than many hotels in Vietnam. The breakfast has been much better since the day you goodbye Hanoi and it’s waiting for your next staying.

Good location but too noisy with wet market. Rooms are well-equipped and clean. But I wish they could serve breakfast for convenience. Should pick 4th floor or up to avoid noise from local market as the hotel was located right in center of local wet market. So, you also deal with noise, smell and crowd every-time entering in and out...

Dear Mr Duong, thanks for staying with us. Even located in the market, guests can easily buy fresh food and experience culture different, we understand it just not suitable with everyone. The noise is all gone with market after 6 pm and our rooms are all equipped with sound-proof windows and doors, we believe you heard the noise when open...

Hanoi View 2 Hotel is set within a locals market with access to town very easily. The staff are very friendly, speak very good English and are very helpful. You get what you pay for; so if you're expecting a high end hotel, this is not the place for you. The rooms are very clean, a bit run down, AC...

Firstly we loved the hotel - Professional, friendly, well spoken front desk always ready to help with everything and with big smiles. The rooms were great, clean, spacious, excellent bathrooms. A computer in the room was really great to use after using a cell phone to plan all travels. Flat screen tv to catch up on Wimbledon and UEFA final...

We loved this hotel after staying in some very basic hotels. This was by far the most luxurious. Firstly the hotel had a clear frontage and reception. The staff were lovely and professional. The hotel had a lift which is so rare in Hanoi. The breakfast was good and the room was charming and modern. Flat screen tv, computer, large...

Thank you so much for staying with us, Mr. Dkmc. It may take some time from hotel to the old quarter but luckily the way is no boring at all! I bet with 20-30 mins by walking, you have seen many interesting things in Hanoi streets; from the pedlars selling fruits, women selling flowers on their bikes to many kind...

We booked a bedroom and used it purely to store our luggage and to have showers in before we caught an overnight train.
