This hotel is on a small street in the French Quarter in Hanoi and therefore fairly quiet. The location is perfect. Service is very good. The breakfast was also very good. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Great boutique hotel right in the centre of the old quarter. We stayed for 2 nights and the service was excellent and a special mention to Nancy for organizing our brilliant Halong Bay cruise...thank you again!! The room was slightly below 4 stars but the service and location made up for it.

Right in the heart of Hanoi, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of old style French decor and pretty luxurious rooms. We were 3 couples all on level 6 and Altoona had a different layout, so was a bit luck-of-the-draw in terms of size, but we're very comfortable and clean. The skyline bar on level 11 offered a great...

Breakfast buffet was good but comparable to hotels in its range. Very efficient staff & service. Location is in one of the small streets of Old Quarter so will take some time to leave the area each time. Would consider staying here again.
