After look at all the options available to me on my 1st visit to Hanoi , I chose The Tirant hotel as my base as only really had 3 days there as 2 days were in Ha long Bay .

This is a great hotel in the old quarter. Very friendly staff. It has nice rooms, good food, swimming pool and a amazing rooftop with bar (skyline bar and restaurant). From the top you have great views of the city and the lake.
Stayed for 3 nights ..excellent stay ,cordial staff ,chef prepared veg breakfast on request ,location toooo good , shop till u drop location ,Indian restaurants nearby .To feel the essence of the city stay at Tirant
Our family of 4 had 2 connecting rooms which were lovely (though we’re not fans of the frosted glass bathroom walls). While the hotel was very well appointed, it was the staff who impressed us most. Mr Don in customer service went above and beyond...More
