Nova Hotel has beautiful rooms with very helpful and friendly staff, who were always willing to give us information about Hanoi, whether it was about things to do or places to eat at. They offer a number of tour packages which can be a little overwhelming to hear about all the time, rather ask about the tours you're interested in....

Many have written positive reviews for this little hotel and it's all true - great location, good price, clean rooms with comfortable beds. But the best thing about this hotel is their staff. They work so hard and were always eager to help. Some reviewer said breakfast was so so but I disagree. Their eggs were excellent and their service...

We spent a total of 6 nights at Nova. We found it well positioned in the old quater, clean and staff were very helpful. In between staying there we did 4.days in theSapa/Bac Ha area and another trip to Halong Bay. We were able to leave most of our baggage at the hotel when on trips. Ryan provided useful advice...

We spent one night in the Nova hotel and even got an upgrade for free to a deluxe room. It was quite big and had nice furniture, but the bed was a little hard and the bathroom was small and looked worn out. Still it was a comfortable stay. There was a little street noise but sleeping ws no problem....

Great location, the best free breakfast we've had in Vietnam and the most friendly staff we have ever come across. We recommend their trips to Halong Bay with Pelican cruises but Sapa trip was a little expensive compared to other places in the city.

Nova hotel was great. I stayed at another hotel (which was fine) in Hanoi for about a week before going to Halong Bay, and I booked Nova because I thought I'd just try a different place -- it had good ratings on trip advisor and bookings.com. I'm so glad I did -- the room was big, clean, and comfortable, and...

The Nova Hotel was great. The prices fair and the staff amazing and friendly! The hotel provides a sheet of paper with map and information to help you find your way around Hanoi. They recommended me to some of the best food I have ever tried. Sure you can find great food everywhere in Vietnam, but the problem was I...

As a shoestring traveler who stays almost exclusively in hostels and budget hotels, I can confidently say that this is the best one I've ever stayed at in my whole life. Their service and staff rivals that of five-star hotels that cost hundreds of dollars more. I came to the Nova Hotel after two weeks of backpacking, couchsurfing, and sleeping...

I only have good words and opinions about this hotel and the entire staff. The hotel is situated in the old quarter and you can easily reach the main attractions just a few minutes walking. They have private pick up at the airport which is very convinient. The entire place is very clean. Good breakfast and the whole staff is...
