The hotel doesn't have working wifi and it's hard to find but the worst thing is how they run this hotel. I'm just traveling like and other backpacker and decided to stay at this hotel for 3 nights. We left our clothes for laundry and they gave it to someone else. I can understand that everyone makes mistakes and we...

We arrived here late in the night because our flight delayed 2 hours, so we were very tired! However here the staff is excellent and very kind, they speak english fluently. They also organized for us 2 tour ( one in sapa and the other to Halong bay). Unfortunately the room was not good, it was dirty, small and noisy....

Lived here in our Vietnam Trip with friends. The hostel was actually quite old and not renovated, which indicates a slight facelift was needed. We changed our room for three times due to living in the hotel for three different times. The first room was good, around 50 square meters, with three beds, a large sofa and even a computer...

The shower in the bathroom leaked a bit and the lighting was a bit dismal but otherwise, a clean place with great proximity to the Old Quarter. The place doesn't look like the pictures but it does the job for one night. The breakfast is quite decent.

I stayed here as a solo traveller for two nights in November as the price was reasonable. I arrived to discover that the location was great - in the middle of the main night market - with easy access to mini supermarkets and the nightlife. The staff were also very polite and discussed all tours with me in a non-pushy manner....

Hotel in a convenient location if you want to explore or shop. Interesting neighborhood, very close to everywhere. Available restaurants, delicious food and shopping at low prices. Breakfast fresh, clean rooms. The region is very bustling at night becomes a quiet, all the surrounding shops are closed.

The hotel is very nice, good location, nice rooms and beds. The bathroom could use a little work. Given the price I would give three stars. The fourth, and most important, star is for Ngoc. Ngoc, The Amazing Receptionist and all around great person! She helped us with food, attractions and even trip to Ha Long. First we thought the...
