Well, I must say that the price here is acceptable. But depending on the room you take, funiture will be different. This is the second time I stayed here. Honestly, I had better experiences for the last time (5 month ago): with the same price as this time but the room was wide, everything inside is modern. But for this... More

Central location, friendly , helpful staff - Ms Flower was so welcoming , booking flights , tours and giving us advice . Rooms basic , clean, comfortable and cool during hot June temperatures . Very reasonably priced hotel, would stay again.

We stayed in a supreme room for three nights and a standard room for one. If you want added luxury I would definitely recommend the supreme. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is very near to the lake and there are some really good restaurants nearby.

I have just arrive to Hanoi late at night. The hotel is average plus for the money. It has all the commodities announced. The bed was good, strong air conditioning, clean sheets and clean room. Friendly personnel. Breakfast good (but since it was the first nights I have no way to compare). The breakfast room has no windows. Very central... More

I honestly don't know how this hotel gets 4 out of 5. We stayed here on 3 separate occasions over a period of 2 weeks, initially as a base for leaving for Halong Bay and Sapa and then to explore Hanoi. In our first room we are told we had been "upgraded". The room was quite large, however, it only... More

We stayed in this hotel only for one night. The room was nice and clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful and the location of the hotel very good, close to the Old Quarter. We enjoyed our stay and we would have extended it but they were fully booked the next day.

Really lovely, friendly staff that helped us with everything from booking tours to Sapa/Halong Bay to letting us use the printer for getting Chinese visas. The room was good. We are returning for our last two nights in Hanoi because we liked our stay here!

If you want clean basic accommodations this is it. I had room 101 w balcony so I had a place to smoke outside. Good bathroom with soap hair dryer etc. Hotel can help with trips. Mrs. Flowers is the best. Wifi can be spotty. Good exchange rates. Friendly helpful staff. Stayed here 5 nights. Breakfast included. In busy part of... More

Great staff and comfortable room. We had a balcony on the front of the hotel which was a little noisy in the mornings but nothing to complain about. Breakfast was okay but you need to go early as everything goes quickly! The staff booked a Halong Bay tour for us which went smoothly. Great hotel and good value for money.

I have travelled the world and stayed in the best luxury hotels all over the world. After having stayed at this hotel I have come to realise that when holidaying abroad...I don't really need a five star hotel..The rooms here have all the requirements such as comfortable beds, flat screen TV with good channels, free wifi., refrigerator, tea kettle, hot n...
