Stayed here a few days. Good location to walk from to all the main touristy things to see. Linen and room always cleaned. Staff very friendly and very very helpful in booking tours and tickets. They gave good advise on tours and made suggestions that were very usefull. I'll stay here again.

Excellent service. We couldnt have asked for a better start to our trip in Vietnam. Ann was extremely friendly and so knowledgable about Vietnam and the area. She immediately gave us coffee and tea upon check in and a map highlighting all the different attractions near by. One of the gentleman (forgot his name, but was super friendly) helped us...

Not very impressed with this place. While the location is excellent, the price is far too high for what you get (we have stayed at many other hotels in Hanoi and we got better value for money even in budget hostels). Before arriving in Hanoi, we found a price online (hotels.com) but because we didn't have a credit card we...

Only complain was the bed which gave me horrible backache, but 2 friends in another room had no problem so maybe just bad luck. Good price, wouldn't rush back but wouldn't...

Gary at Trip advisor recommended Camel City Hotel. We were so glad to come here. The staff, particularly Ann was so so very helpful - from recommending tours, places to eat, arranging taxis and printing off flight tickets. The room was huge, airy and very comfortable. After a trip to Sapa we shall return to the Camel City Hotel and...

It was my first time I traveled to Vietnam and I decided to start my trip in Hanoi. Since I didn't know where to begin or where to stay a friend of mine recommended the Camel City Hotel. She had stayed here a few months ago herself. Since the price was great and the rooms looked nice online I decided...
