The lacation is fantastic, in the heart of downtown and marvellous Hanoi, it is relatively new hotel and the prices are very affordable. It is run by a really lovely family, the staff, bar the cleaning lady who she is not cleaning the rooms properly, are very, very helpful indeed and happy to assist you in your needs. But special mention...

It is with great regret that I have to write a negative review on a hotel. I booked a room at the Hanoi Rose and paid through Agoda. They did not honor the Agoda reservation and did not have a room available for me when I arrived, and no refund because I didn't cancel a day ahead of time or...

Stayed November 2016, rooms very run down and dirty. There are definitely better places in Hanoi to stay for the price. Staff very helpful, but the hotel needs some attention. Location pretty decent but doesn't compensate for the quality.

We were transferred to the Hanoi Rose after a capacity issue at the hotel we were supposed to stay at. Unfortunately we would have preferred to stay elsewhere. The room itself was fairly large but pretty dated. The sheets were dirty - something that I have read in several other reviews, and there was dust and dead insects on the...

I booked a room in this hotel through the Late Rooms website for tonight and tomorrow night for myself and two friends, I specified that our arrival time would be around 1am due to our flight being delayed. When we turned up the concierge refused to let us in and said the hotel was full and that he was cancelling...

The polite and helpful staffs speak modest English. They prepare daily breakfast and offer assistance in booking taxi to airport. I paid 22 USD per night for a windowless room with a queen size bed and attached bathroom. The condition of the room is average. The hotel is located in old quarter so it is near to many tourist attractions.

We were transferred here from the Hanoi Rendezvous who ran out of space - it was not as nice and not worth the same price. Pros - staff were friendly and helpful. English was Ok. Rooms were relatively clean. Cons - very hard bed, room was very smoky. Bathroom was western but basic. Breakfast was ONLY eggs and toast with...

We stayed here twice - once on Nov 21 and then onwards to Ha Long Bay cruise for 3 days and back to Rose Hotel on Nov 24. This small hotel is next to the Hanoi Opera house which is a treat for any one visiting Hanoi. We were treated very warmly by the host of the hotel, especially the...
