The front desk officers are superb; in particular Mr Long, Mr Tung, who extended great help for me & my wife. We needed wheel chair which they provided. They arranged car for our itinerary. Their communicating between vienamese speaking driver and us, made our stay fruitful. Reservation Manager Ms Lisa was very helpful and professional during booking.
We are vegetarians; the breakfast did not have much for us. Mr Long and Mr Tung came to know of it and arranged with the cheff for a speacial dish for us. Thanks to their courtresy.
The front desk lady offcers are ready to help, speaking good English, is a good support to the guests.
The breakfast sperad need to look into. For Indian vegetarian travellers need support. What we could eat for breakfastas vegetarian: Steamed rice, raw brocoally, cauliflover, bread, fruits. The Management may consult Indian chef for help

While located outside the old quarters, this hotel remains a commendable choice for those seeking respite from the city’s hustle and bustle without straying too far.
The hotel room is clean and comfortable. However, unless included in your booking, the buffet selection may not warrant the extra expense.

The hotel is newly built, located in centre of Hanoi, good place for a bussiness trip with many good restaurant around the hotel. Room are spacious and well-equipped. Some staffs are very helpful and polite (staffs at restaurant) but somes are not (door man stays at reception counter, does not open door, ...). Due to low number of guest, hotel did not provide breakfast buffet but a la carte one, the food is good and healthy. The room windows are not really soundproofing, even stay in level 11, i can still hear traffic noises from street. Minibar is not filled in the first night. Overall, it was a decent stay but the hotel has to do much more works to deserve a 5-star quality.

The room itself is great, the view is fantastic, great spot in HN. However, service is a huge minus. Which hotel in the world would come in suddenly during the morning to clean up while they didnot even knock once? I can still hear them chatting like “If there was a guest in there?” “Who cares, just come in”. I was freaking changing my clothes and yes, wonderful, a male worker come in to clean up. And they were freaking chill when not even sorry once but “hey, i gonna clean now”. Awful, awful, awful. Booking through Agoda twice due to technological issues regarding their systems. Report it, none of the parties take the responsibility while I have to be the one who use one room and spent twice? Ridiculous. Great room, but with kind of service, I would never recommend to anyone and come back again. I would rather have a normal room with excellent service with respectful employees, rather being disrespected like this. Goodbye.

The hotel is very nice. large clean rooms, good amenities, a fantastic breakfast but located very far away from the old quarters. Cabs also refuse to come when booked on grab. Plus the cab fares are also expensive making it a not so great option bcos the hotel loses the advantage of the reasonable room rates when you account for the cab fares to and fro from old quarters. You need to go to old quarters for everything - attractions, activities, shopping so unless you have your own transport or a car dedicated to you, this becomes a cumbersome task.
Apart from that, the hotel is really good.

The Grand Vista Hotel Hanoi is a beautiful hotel. We were pretty well looked after by staff. The location is a little far out of old quarter (20mins by taxi) The pool and gym area was amazing and we used it every day. Compliments to Vicki who was such a sweet girl and looked after us and chatted away to us happily. Thank you 😀

Rude staff. Asked the hostess at the breakfast buffet to get a cup of hot coffee. She rudely refused to get one and asked us to get it on our own. Such an inhospitable staff does not deserve a repeat visit. There are no black tea bags in the room. Just 2 bottles of water are given per room and extra bottles have to be purchased. Overall a bad experience. Would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

I spent two nights here and I have to say that the stay was a fairly okay. The hotel is pretty new so be prepared for some slight smell of new furniture in the room. Room is very nice with large bathtub and shower. Local staffs are friendly, especially the host in breakfast.
