Booked the family room for a group of 3. Hotel was very helpful in providing information even before we flew. They are hidden within a street and is relatively hard to find if it is your first time there. But the staff are very helpful even if their English is not as fluent, they do understand mostly what we are communicating to them. Either than the low ceiling and being able to hear the noise from the weekend night market (just steps away), everything is absolutely joyful to stay in. If given a chance, I am ready to return for a stay with them.

My girlfriend and I travelled through Vietnam for 3 weeks in the summer of 2019. I decided to write some reviews about the best experienced during that trip and this is certainly one of them. We saw some recommendation for Elite Hotel on some website and I would like to recommend them to everybody as well. The location is perfect: in the centre of the old town, but located in a small street and therefor very quiet. We stayed in 3 rooms (because we came back in Hanoi between several other trips) and all rooms are actually the same: clean, cosy and very quiet, which is very nice for a retreat from the noisy old town. Air condition works perfect and that's a big relief in the heath of the summer. The breakfast is good, one of the best we had; freshly made and lots of choice, which was nice since we stayed here 5 nights in total. But the best part: the people. The people from the reception help you with everything: showing the best places in Hanoi, helping you with the best way to travel between the other locations in Vietnam you want to visit (for instance: they booked us a more direct bus between Ninh Binh and Sapa so we didn't have to get back in Hanoi). And they are very willing to sell you nice tours. I thought it would be more expensive booking in the hotel, but they actually had better prices (and I did check!). We did a great 3 day Halong Bay tour and a 2 day Pu Luong tour. So I guess there are thousands of hotels in Hanoi, but you won't be disappointed when you choose this one!

We switched to this hotel right before we travelled due to its slightly quieter location, and we’re so glad we did. This is a gem of a hotel, right in the middle of the action but down a quiet side lane, giving some peace and quiet from the chaos of the old quarter. Make sure you orientate yourself when you leave the hotel! In the fog of jet lag, we didn’t take note of our surroundings and got quite lost trying to get back with just a paper map and no internet access. All the staff are so kind and helpful, breakfast is cooked to order and was delicious with extensive choice. The rooms are beautiful and spotless. We really appreciated the laptop in the room for booking a last minute trip to sapa. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Hotel located in the heart of the Old quarter. Everything is fine, good rooms and lovely detials. Also, The breakfast is "a la carte". The best is the staff, they are just amazing. Thank you so much Dinh!
