I love our stay in Royal Palace Hotel! The location was very accessible, we walked to all the popular spots . Our room was clean and the toiletries replenished everyday. The bathroom was spacious, and hot water was available anytime. Wifi connection is fast. Staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast menu was not buffet style, but it was filling... More

I was meant to stay at the Royal Palace Hotel but ended up staying at the Lucky 3 Hotel by accident. Let me explain.... I had booked to stay at the Hanoi Royal Palace. Normally when I arrive in a new city, I get a cab to my accommodation, but, as the Royal Palace was only about a ten minute... More

The staff were very good and very helpful and due to only staying 3 nights and being out if the room loads it was ok. We booked the royal room due to it being our first anniversary. Mmmm the decor was ripped and dated. The balcony door very difficult to open. The air con did not work well. The bedding... More

We booked for 5 nights. On the night we were suppose to check, they didn't have a room available and transferred us to another hotel down the road which may I add was horrible and not clean at all. We were instructed to check out of that hotel at 8 am and proceed back to royal palace hotel to check... More

I read the reviews before booking and when my family arrived we thought great location nice staff and looks clean but that's where it ends my daughter who had been backpacking around Cambodia and Vietnam said she had more comfortable beds in the backpackers this was like sleeping on boards. It has a shower bath lovely big bath but I... More

Really friendly staff in particular Mr Huy. Well appointed room with WiFi and minibar made the stay here very easy and pleasant. Very good breakfast in the morning and after having checked out I was able to store my luggage at the hotel all day prior to heading to airport. Overall a great hotel, would stay again and definitely recommended

Booking with them was so easy and they respond promptly to all inquiries thru e-mail. They arranged our airport-to-hotel transfer because our arrival is at 1am. I also booked our Halong Bay cruise with them. Transactions were smooth and easy. They were all very helpful. When we left for our Halong Bay cruise, they allowed is to leave our baggage... More

We booked this hotel on way back from Halong Bay to Hanoi, one room three people two beds (1 single, 1 double). The manager was not welcoming and brought us to a small dark room with one bed and...
