We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here- it's only a 10 min walk to the night markets which we visited every night. Rooms very clean. All the staff, including Mr Lee, were welcoming and helpful. Loads of choice at their free breakfast- French toast was the best.

This traditional hotel was very quaint. We arranged for a lift from the Airport and the manager seemed to be available 24/7 to reply to our emails and delays and each time came up with fantastic solutions. We had a problem with the shower thus was immediately moved to an upgraded suite. The Manager Ms Joy Hoang could not do... More

I booked through their web site as my sister would be visiting there from the UK. The chain of emails from their charming manager,Joy, dealt calmly and swiftly with all concerns/requests. The hotel driver met me at the airport even tho I was his only passinger. On arrival I found I had been allocated a suite! I had a queen... More

After our trip to Halong Bay, we had to change hotel. Our other hotel was very nice, but this one is just amazing. The staff is very friendly and they took the time to adress all our needs. They were very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very confortable. The hotel is located in a small street... More

Decor a bit tired but clean and comfortable, staff very pleasant and helpful. Location good, easy to get around. Worth considering if you are looking for the basics, with breakfast, at a budget price.

Got moved here after an issue with my original hotel- staff were really friendly after my late arrival. Room was spacious and comfortable with AC/hairdryer and usual amenities. The big bathtub was a surprise! I loved the view from the balcony and the hotel was a great location! I would definitely recommend it!
