We stayed here only for a night, but the hotel was great value for money. Staff were really friendly, especially Tim and Peter. I had some queries prior to our arrival, and email responses were prompt and clear. Staff had great suggestions for where to eat, and places to see.

Hanoi Charming Room
Hi there. I just checked my emails and TripAdvisor will not let me post an email address. I will try and explain it without writing the actual address. You need to start with the word 'booking' and then the symbol for 'at' followed by 'hanoisymphony' and then the full stop and com. Hope this helps.

Nope I don't think so as I send the money and passport to the front counter which is safe kept by the owner. We did for 2 nights and it's safe.
