We stayed here for 2 nights over NYE and paid $50 per night (I assume prices were jacked for New Years) but it was the worst! The customer service was nice and helpful but the hotel itself is definitely a 1 star. Our door didn't shut properly, we had to push stuff against it and there was mould literally peeling...

This is a lovely little hotel in the old town, which is in an excellent location. The staff are fabulous! Don't expect luxury, but do look forward to some of the most friendly and helpful staff around. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was older, but with a decent shower and toilet. The wifi worked well. The breakfast was...

Two and a half stars. It'snot brand new but it's immaculately clean and this place ticks all the boxes. I felt guilty for paying only $20 per night. I took room 802 and I begged for this room to be made available on my return visit - Elevator: Check - King sized bed (well, two singles grafted together) - Check...

Me and my friend stay here for 2 night. Room was clean and comfortable. All staff was so warm and helpful. Especially Ms Ann. She arranged Halong bay trip for us with Legacy Cruise. We had a great time in there. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would loved to visit again

I stayed one night and returned a few days later. The staff remembered me and where I had toured. Prices were very good. I had booked a night at the party hostel around the corner in case I needed a bed, and it was only a few dollars less to have 9 roommates (and no sleep), so I didn't even...
