Our stay was excellent at the Emerald Hotel, and that was mostly because some of the things that can be variable at hotels were executed very well at the Emerald Hotel. The room was excellent, the bathroom was nice and it also wasn’t too expensive for what we got. The best part, however, was the kindness and friendliness of the staff. They all knew our names, and they served us coffee and fruits at all hours of the day. The manager/personal concierge, James, was very friendly and helpful as well and he is a large part of why our stay was so good. He organized a Ha Long bay cruise for us, as we had booked the “honeymoon package” on the hotels website. We also had a driver waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. The only negatives were that the bed was a bit too hard, and the drain in the shower wasn’t opening normally, so a pool of water formed at the bottom of the shower during each shower.
All in all, it was an excellent stay and we would definitely stay there again on another trip to Hanoi.

We were so impressed with the friendly and attentive staff at the Emerald Hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping team was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their face. They made us feel so welcome and well-cared for throughout our entire stay. We especially loved the personalized recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. It felt like we had our own personal concierge!!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Emerald Hotel Hanoi, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations in every way, from the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's clean, modern aesthetic and attentive staff. The rooms were spacious and stylish, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the beautiful outdoor pool. The location was perfect, too - close to all the major attractions of Hanoi.

After busy days exploring the city, it was wonderful to return to the comfort of our room at the Emerald Hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linens and fluffy pillows that guaranteed a restful night's sleep. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with everything we needed to relax and unwind. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches like the plush bathrobes and the well-stocked minibar. It truly felt like our own little oasis in the heart of Hanoi.

I stayed in this hotel 2 weeks. I was very impressed by the kindness and solicitude of the reception staff. Even the owner of the hotel is very kind and supervises the smooth running of the hotel every day. He helped me and my friends find the most interesting trips to Nin Bihn, Perfume Pagoda and a wonderful cruise from Ha Long. The hotel room was clean, large with a very good bed. The breakfast was tasty. I was very pleased with this hotel, it is quiet, even though it is in a central district.
