This hotel is in a great location near to the central walking shopping district and the lakeside park. The entrance is easy to miss as the doorway has a simple sign above it with a long hallway and a few stairs up to the reception desk in the rear. The service was very efficient with our booking and friendly as...

Booked for 7 nights and stayed 2 only. Hotel entry via a corridor off the street, so hotel not affected by raod noise but hotel noises very apparent. Room provided was dark, crowded with furniture and not clean. Broken exhaust fan, broken shower rose, broken toilet seat. Access to the cupbard possible only with the removal of a lantern. Shower...

As per the other reviews I completely agree with both sides but the friendly staff pushed my review from 3 to 4. Some of the lights blown in our room and the bathroom needs a deep clean for sure. Bed also not as comfy as I would've hoped for but you probably get what u pay for and cannot compare...

Great budget friendly hotel! Staff were amazing! We were greeted with a man ready to take our bags for us. Only fault we could find were the sheets could have been cleaner & we ran out of hot water. Overall great experience though! Breakfast was good as well.

Very friendly staff who were so helpful. Quiet room with a clean bathroom. Breakfast was nice. Location is good. They allowed us to store our bags there while we waited for our airport transfer which was very kind.

Disappointed! I had higher expectations after reading the reviews. We slept in the big room (advertisment photo) as we got a free upgrade. The room is very spacious and has room for 3 pers in the big bed en 1 in the single one. BUT: a lot of broken stuff and furniture things such as light switches, lamp, window etc....

We stayed here for 8 nights & were delighted. The rooms are quiet as set back off street, breakfast very good with choice of Vietnamese & western, staff so welcoming & helpful, good value for money, ideal location in Old Quarter - 2 minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake - would love to return here!

The best experience is the staff's warm hospitality and the welcome drinks. Next will be the breakfast which is hearty and sufficient. The rooms are pretty clean as well. Now for the worse: - The room feels damp and moldy (probably cos its winter time in Hanoi) - The kettle to boil water has hard water in them. Formed a...

Stayed here for two nights during our visit to Vietnam and it was a lovely hotel. We were greeted at the airport by a taxi driver the hotel had arranged for us, the airport is around 40 minutes away. On arrival at the hotel, we were given orange juice as the one of the lovely members of staff checked us...
