Stayed here for two nights during our visit to Vietnam and it was a lovely hotel. We were greeted at the airport by a taxi driver the hotel had arranged for us, the airport is around 40 minutes away. On arrival at the hotel, we were given orange juice as the one of the lovely members of staff checked us...

Our stay in this hotel was excellent and very warm. Really, we felt relaxed and at ease from the first moment we met the smiling face of Μr Tony who takes care of everything for the guests. He is the "soul" of this hotel and knows to take the appropriate initiatives. Mr Tony thank you for everything! We highly recommend...

Friendly, english-speaking and competent staff. Hotel was clean, breakfast was so-so. Centrally located, although quiet (which was nice in such a busy city like Hanoi). All in all good quality/price ratio.

The hotel is old and not properly maintained. The top rooms although very spacious are very noisy with a water pump for the entire hotel fitted on the roof and very loud all day and night. We asked to be downgraded to a second floor room, much smaller and quieter, but it stank of damp. The towels were in bits...

This hotel was great! A very cozy hotel and welcoming staff that I'll definitely be visiting again. I came to Hanoi Central Park Hotel with my mother and future husband and was pleasantly surprised by the service even before we arrived in Vietnam. The hotel had already arranged for our tickets to Sapa via bus, as well as our tickets...
