Felt we were staying in a bedroom in someone’s house, and could hear everything in the outside corridor. We had two heavy suitcases and had a room on the top floor, so had to climb 3/4 very steep flights of stairs, which was exhausting! The staff there were really lovely and helpful, and the hostel itself is great value for money. Good location close to the main stuff you’ll want to see in Hanoi old town.
stayed here for two nights first night we got a room with no window but once we spoke with the staff we were changed to a nicer room.this was a nice hotel to stay in purely for the location. also helpful.
Nice, little, very good treat, clean, new, really a good place to stay in the center of Hanoi. I will recommend it. The bed are big and the personal really put attention in all the details, and was very good.
Overall a good place. We had a twin room with cable tv and air conditioning. The bathroom was a wet room which was fine if you take your clothes off the floor. Wifi was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included which consisted of bread, jam and an omelet with tea and coffee. Good cheap place and not very far from the lake.
Was good, not great but it is a budget hotel. Its a short walk to everything you want to see in Hanoi. The room was clean and well furnished, huge 6ft bed, ac, tv, shower left a little to be desired. Staff were young, but enthusiastic, always trying very hard to please. Tony as the one we had most contact with and he was very caring. Suggested tours, not OTT but good. Not for over 65s unless very fit, stairs quite tricky. Over all well worth the money
